本研究係利用化學共沉方法,合成出具有超順磁特性的磁性奈米粒子。因被介面活性劑包覆著,使磁性奈米粒子可在水溶液中均勻分佈。並進一步將豬流行性感冒病毒( Swine Influenza Virus )之抗體與磁性奈米粒子上結合,形成一具有磁性生物標記( magnetic bio-marker )之磁性試劑( magnetic reagent )。再使用本實驗室所研發之磁減量檢測( magnetoreduction assay ; MRA )進行特性檢測:
(1) 豬流行性感冒病毒( Swine Influenza Virus )磁減量檢測之專一性與非專一性檢測,在本研究中可控制不同的外加交流( alternating current )磁場而抑制非專一性的結合。(2) 豬流行性感冒病毒( Swine Influenza Virus )磁減量檢測之靈敏度檢測。
