本研究以動態能力作為基礎,將綠色創新能力、綠色關係能力與資源餘裕作為前置變項,創業機會辨識作為結果變項,並以市場動盪作為調節變項。以組織層級的角度,試圖探討綠色創新能力、綠色關係能力與資源餘裕為企業創業機會的關聯性。
本研究針對臺灣製造業的負責人或高階主管採用隨機抽樣的方式,透過郵寄的方式發放紙本問卷 2039份,回收有效樣本共211份,並使用SPSS23及PROCESS統計軟體進行資料的分析。其研究結果顯示:(1)在三個前置變項中,綠色創新能力及資源餘裕對創業機會辨識具有正向影響;企業若能對於資源的運用較有餘裕,可以使企業更靈活的運用,藉由創新的方式重新整合或配置,辨識出新的市場機會的可能性也會隨之提升。然而,(2)市場動盪在綠色創新能力、綠色關係能力、資源餘裕與創業機會辨識之間並無顯著的調節效果。本研究對於企業提出以下建議:首先,企業藉由綠色創新能力可以在研發、製造、回收的過程中,使用低汙染、可回收的原料。其次,企業若能對於資源的運用較有餘裕,即可發掘市場機會,為創業提供更多的策略選擇,當綠色創新能力、資源餘裕越高,應能提升創業機會辨識。
This study is based on dynamic capabilities, tried to explore the positive effect of green innovative capability, green relational capability and resource slacks on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, via the moderating role of market turbulence.
This study utilized random sampling and distributed the 2039 questionnaires in Taiwanese manufacturing companies. Respondents in this study are leaders or senior executives in Taiwan’s manufacturing companies. In total, 211 valid questionnaires were collected from manufacturing companies. This study utilized SPSS23 & PROCESS to verify the hypotheses. The results showed that: (1) Among the three constructs, green innovative capability and resource slacks had positive effect on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition; resource slacks let enterprises use flexibly and reintegrate or configure them in innovative ways, the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition will also increase. However, (2) market turbulence had no moderating effect among green innovative capability, green relational capability, resource slacks and the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. We hope the research results are beneficial to companies, researchers, and future research as reference. First, enterprises can use low-polluting, recyclable raw materials during the process of R&D, manufacturing, and recycling by green innovative capability; Second, If enterprises have resource slacks, they can explore market opportunities and provide more strategic choices for entrepreneurship. When the green innovative capability and resource slacks are higher, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition will be higher.
