過去文獻曾指出幽默感與幸福感具有正相關,而個體若能將幽默感體現於堅持與熱情的特質上,是否更有助於個體知覺到幸福感?本研究旨在探討幽默感與幸福感之關係,並探討幽默感是否會透過恆毅力進而影響個體幸福感。研究方法採立意取樣,以台灣之大學生做為研究對象,在網路平台發放問卷,最後共回收468份有效問卷。作答者共完成三份量表:「多向度幽默感量表」、「幸福感量表」以及「恆毅力量表」。主要研究結果如下:(1)幽默感之各向度(幽默理解、幽默創造、社交情境中的幽默、幽默因應、對幽默的態度、笑的傾向)皆與幸福感之生活滿意度、正向情意達顯著正相關;與負向情意皆達顯著負相關(2)恆毅力與幸福感之生活滿意度、正向情意達顯著正相關、與負向情意相關性未達顯著(3)恆毅力可部分中介幽默感對幸福感的影響,幽默因應透過恆毅力可間接影響幸福感之生活滿意度、正負向情意,意即當個體具有較佳的幽默因應能力時,可以協助其有效地面對困難,並對生活與目標展現恆毅力,進而使個體覺知到幸福感、對生活感到滿意,且產生正向情緒經驗;對幽默的態度與笑的傾向透過恆毅力可間接影響幸福感之正向情意,意即當個體對幽默的喜好較高,以及自身對幽默事物發笑的傾向較高時,較能夠以幽默的態度看待遇到的挑戰,並可以透過恆毅力的展現,使個體覺知到幸福感,並且產生正向情緒經驗。最後,本研究亦提出後續相關研究與實務中作之建議,並針對本研究的限制與未來方向進一步討論,希冀能對大學生幸福感有更深入的瞭解。
Many related researches have linked the sense of humor with well-being, if the individual can insist and interest humor, will it make him happier? The purpose of the study was to assess the he Relationship between Humor and Well-Being: The Mediating Effect of Grits. The target of the study focused on college students who are studying in Taiwan. Participants of this study, 468 Taiwan college students, filled in on-line questionnaires of “Multidimensional Sense of Humor Scale, MSHS”, “The Satisfaction with Life Scale, SWLS” and “Traditional Chinese version of the Grit Scale, GS-TC” . Result of this research showed Humor (Humorous realizing, Humorous creating, Humor in social Situation, Humorous response, Attitude of humor, Laughing tendency) is significantly related to Well-Being. The study also found GS-TC is significantly related Positive affection and SWLS. To conclude, Grits can partially mediate the sense of Humor on Well-Being. Humorous response can indirectly effect the satisfaction with life and positive affection through grits. It means that individual’s humorous response ability can make individuals feel well, satisfied with life, and experience positive emotional through grits. Attitude of humor and Laughing tendency can indirectly affect the positive affection through grits. It means that individual’s attitude of humor and laughing tendency can make individuals feel well, and experience positive emotional through grits. According to these findings, the study also provides further suggestions for future research directions and practitioners.
