本研究主要在發展與建構出適用於工作崗位上的學習風格之構面與內涵,並判定其重要性,以提供工作崗位上的學習者、企業主管,以及教學者等相關人員之參考。本研究採文獻探討、德爾菲專家問卷調查方法進行。針對工作崗位上的學習風格發展並發放德爾菲專家問卷,進行內涵項目之篩選,將全程參與調查的十六位專家意見加以整理分析,並採平均數、標準差,以及四分位差等資料,來呈現各構面與內涵項目之重要程度,以及專家看法之共識程度。
  本研究主要的結論如下:(1)本研究所發展與建構之工作崗位上的學習風格構面與內涵項目,共涵蓋四個主構面、十六個子構面及五十一個內涵項目。(2)在內涵項目中,有二十項達到「非常重要」程度,其餘皆屬於「重要」程度。本研究亦提出如下建議:(1)學習者應了解自己工作崗位上的學習風格之傾向,才能充分發揮學習效果。(2)企業主管可以藉由了解員工在工作崗位上的學習風格,做為遴選標準,進行績效管理,進而規劃員工未來之教育訓練與發展。(3)教學者應了解學習者工作崗位上的學習風格之差異,採行多樣化的教學方法。(4)後續研究之建議。

The purpose of this research is to develop and construct the On-the-Job Learning Styles’s dimensions and index of the employee. This research approaches adopts literature review, expert questionnaire investigation of Delphi, etc. The data’s analysis is according to the evaluation of importance degree and expert's common consensus degree.
This main conclusion of research is as follows:(1) Research screens 4 dimensions, 16 sub-dimensions, and 51 indexes of On-the-Job Learning Styles.(2) There are 20 indexes are the most important. According to the results of the study, the research proposed some suggestions:(1) On-the-Job Learners should understand their learning style in order to improve the learning efficiency. (2) The managers can use On-the-Job learning styles to recruit, assess, and train. (3) Teachers should examine variations for each On-the-Job learner to use suitable methods. (4) Advances in futures and options research.
