本研究探討了全球雲端服務公司與台灣伺服器供應商之間的創新生態,著重於這些供應商如何適應和影響雲端市場的變化。隨著雲端技術的不斷發展,台灣的伺服器供應商,逐漸成為全球主要雲端服務公司的核心供應商。
研究首先概述了全球雲端伺服器的發展歷程,指出亞馬遜、微軟和谷歌等公司在伺服器需求上的標準化趨勢。這些公司跳過傳統電腦品牌公司,直接與台灣的伺服器供應商 (ODM) 廠商合作,以降低成本和提升產品的客製化能力。其次,文獻回顧部分詳細分析了三大全球雲端服務公司的產業狀況,並介紹了台灣主要伺服器供應商的發展現況。研究發現,台灣伺服器供應商在技術創新和生產效率上具有顯著優勢,這使其在全球市場中占據了重要地位。
研究方法上,採用了分層次決策分析法模型 (HDM, Hierarchical Decision Modeling),針對23位業界專家進行問卷調查,評估雲端服務公司與台灣伺服器供應商之間的創新生態模式。
最後,研究結果顯示,台灣伺服器供應商在過去十年間通過商業模式創新和技術升級,成功應對了雲端市場的挑戰,也實現了顯著的財務成長。未來台灣伺服器供應商應繼續專注於高效能計算和人工智慧等新興領域,以保持其競爭優勢。
This study explores the innovation ecosystem between global cloud service companies and Taiwanese server suppliers, focusing on how these suppliers adapt to and influence the cloud market's evolution. As cloud technology continues to advance, Taiwanese server suppliers have gradually become core suppliers to major global cloud service companies.
The study begins with an overview of the development history of global cloud servers, highlighting the standardization trends in server demand by companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. These companies bypass traditional brand manufacturers and directly collaborate with Taiwanese ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) firms to reduce costs and enhance product customization capabilities.
Next, the literature review section provides a detailed analysis of the industry status of the three major cloud service companies and introduces the development status of the main Taiwanese server suppliers. The research finds that Taiwanese server suppliers have significant advantages in technological innovation and production efficiency, allowing them to occupy a crucial position in the global market.
Using the Hierarchical Decision Modeling (HDM) approach, a survey was conducted among 23 industry experts to assess the innovation ecosystem between cloud service companies and Taiwanese server suppliers.
The study concludes that Taiwanese server suppliers have successfully responded to the challenges of the cloud market through business model innovation and technological upgrades over the past decade, achieving significant financial growth. The study also suggests that Taiwanese server suppliers should continue to focus on emerging fields such as high-performance computing and artificial intelligence to maintain their competitive edge.
