The results showed that presenteeism is positively associated with emotional exhaustion, the challenge stressor and the hindrance stressor are positively associated with presenteeism. Presenteeism also mediates the relationship between the hindrance stressor and emotional exhaustion. Finally, according to the result, having discussions to propose the practical implications and future directions of the research.
