  • 隨著科技日新月異的興起,高競爭與長時間的工作文化已逐漸存在於現代社會中,職場上「勉強出勤」的現象也逐漸增加。本研究希望瞭解工作壓力源、勉強出勤與工作倦怠間的影響,和勉強出勤在兩者間之中介作用,以及競爭性人格的調節效果。本研究採便利抽樣與滾雪球法,以不同產業全職員工進行Survey Cake線上問卷發放,回收樣本共512份,有效問卷樣本共344份,有效問卷回收率為67.1%。
    研究結果顯示,勉強出勤對於情緒耗竭有正向關係,挑戰型及阻礙型壓力源對於勉強出勤亦具有正向關係;勉強出勤在阻礙型壓力源與情緒耗竭具有中介作用。最後根據研究結果進行討論,並提出實務意涵及未來研究方向。

    Along with the ever-changing technology, the culture of high competition and excessive working hours are being normal in our society, and the condition of "presenteeism" is also increasing gradually. This study aims to examine the effects of job stressors on presenteeism and job burnout, the mediating effect of presenteeism between job stressors and job burnout, and the moderating role of trait competitiveness.
    This study used convenience sampling and the snowball method, distributing the online questionnaire to full-time employees in different industries through SurveyC1ake. A total of 512 sample questionnaires were recovered, 344 sample questionnaires are valid and the valid response rate is 67.1%.
    The results showed that presenteeism is positively associated with emotional exhaustion, the challenge stressor and the hindrance stressor are positively associated with presenteeism. Presenteeism also mediates the relationship between the hindrance stressor and emotional exhaustion. Finally, according to the result, having discussions to propose the practical implications and future directions of the research.
