近年來高等教育畢業生普遍存在就業力低落的現象,這也是台灣教育單位與企業共同面臨的問題。從過去國內外探討就業力的相關研究中,發現生涯與主動行為相關的概念是影響就業力的前置因素之一,但過去文獻較多聚焦於就業力的後果變項。有鑑於此,本研究欲探討生涯成熟度與就業力之間的關聯性,並以自我調整學習作為中介變項,試圖對此研究缺口提出貢獻。本研究運用問卷調查法,並以國內大專院校之待畢業學生作為研究對象,總計回收有效問卷340份,問卷有效回收率為97%。研究結果顯示:生涯成熟度與就業力之間具有正向關聯;生涯成熟度與自我調整學習之間具有正向關聯;自我調整學習與就業力之間具有正向關聯;自我調整學習在生涯成熟度與就業力之間具有部分中介的效果。本研究依據研究結果進行討論,並於最後提出實務意涵與建議。
In recent years, educational institutions and enterprises in Taiwan faced the challenge regarding the phenomenon of graduates about the higher education employment force low prevalence was a problem. We found that career-related concepts and active behavior is one of the factor of pre-employment strength, and we must be more focused on the job force variables. In addition, this study wants to explore the relationship of career maturity and employability, and use of self-regulated learning as the mediation role, trying to contribution of the research gap and also the past research. In this study, used questionnaire survey, those college student in domestic institutions to be graduates. The total valid questionnaires recovery was 340, the effective rate of questionnaires was 97%. The results show that self-regulated learning is mediating effect between career maturity and employability. Based on the results of this study, analysis and discussion, hope that can put forward practical implications and suggestions.
