本研究旨在探討父親如何透過社團參與青少年子女的生活和互動經驗歷程，透過半結構式訪談4位父親，且他們與青少年子女在社團同一單位有2年以上的參與經驗，採質性研究的敘說方式，資料蒐集及分析，並以父職資源理論視角探究此父職經驗，促進其理解父職任務之新取向。研究結果如下：
一、親職任務平台的延伸
父親是為了支持子女發展、配偶支持和社團氛圍加入社團；這增加了他的投入時間和精力，同時也需要更多的交通接送和與子女溝通的機會；在社團中，父親能夠展現自己的專長並增加個人能力。
二、豐富了親職資源
父親學習了解孩子的個體差異和正向溝通技巧，擴展親子間共同的人際圈和社交能力，利用社團的人際、教育資源，培養子女興趣，幫助他們階段性發展。透過社團活動傳遞父親的教養，結合外部資源豐富生活。
三、對父親、家庭和社團的增益
對父親身心健康、專業能力和親職能力等提升有助益。配偶支持社團活動成為家庭生活一部分，家人話題溝通多，進而感情增溫。社團成員分工合作，凝聚力高；培養子女反哺和回饋社團之心態與能力。
四、青春期動盪的發展階段潤滑平台
父母可利用社團共同話題、子女的團長和同儕協助，陪伴子女給予引導和關愛。青少年個體發展差異極大，青春期風暴也不一定會發生。研究參與者的子女皆在兒童期與父親就參加社團，並持續到青少年時期。
以父職資源理論視角而言，父親透過參與社團積極使用和部署資源：時間投資、情感表達、實質和精神上支持提供、互動參與和角色的塑造，提升父子關係品質，父親承擔社團責任的能力，以培養能力，獲得個人發展和生活環境的益處。因此，建議親子可以興趣為基礎，利用父職資源理論視角審視親子社團和親職生活經驗，透過共同長期參與正向社團或親子共學，搭建屬於適合自己的親職鷹架，童軍團亦是選項之一。

The objective of this research is to explore the extent of fathers' engagement in the lives and interactive experience of adolescent children through clubs. Utilizing semi-structured interviews involving four fathers, all of whom possessed a minimum of two years of involvement in the same club as their adolescents, a qualitative research approach utilizing the narrative method were employed. This encompassed data collection and analysis aimed at delving into these fathers' parenting experiences through the fathering resources theory. Ultimately, it paved the way for a new perspective on comprehending the role and responsibilities of fathers. The research results are as follows:
1.Expanding the Scope of Parenting Responsibilities Platform
The fathers’ participation in the club stemmed from their desire for their children's growth, the encouragement of their spouse, and the club's surrounding ambiance. This commitment lead to an augmentation in their time and energy allocation, transportation efforts, as well as enhanced parent-child communication and shared interests. The fathers also showcase their expertise, resulting in a noticeable enhancement of their skills and capabilities.
2. Enhancing Parental Resources
Fathers acquire an understanding of individual differences and develop effective communication skills with their children. They expend the scope of interpersonal connections and social skills shared between parent and child. Additionally, fathers harness the interpersonal and educational assets present within the club to nurture their children's passions and assist them throughout various developmental stages. By engaging in club activities, fathers are able to impart their parenting wisdom and augment their lives through external resources.
3. Advantages for Fathers, Families, and Communities
Participating in club activities contributes positively to fathers' physical and mental well-being, enhances their professional skills, and improves their parenting competencies. Spousal support for club engagements integrates these activities into family life, fostering numerous shared topics and nurturing emotional connections within the family. Club members collaborate cohesively, engaging in role specialization, which cultivates a mindset and skill set in children that can be reciprocated and shared within the club.
4. Facilitating the Path through the Challenging Adolescent Phase
Parents can utilize the shared interests within the club, the guidance from club leaders, and peer support to provide companionship, guidance, and nurturing for their adolescent children. Adolescents undergo diverse individual development, and not all experience tumultuous puberty challenges. Interestingly, the children of the participants in this study had engaged in club activities with their fathers during childhood and continued into adolescence.
Viewed through the lens of the fathering resources theory, fathers proactively harness and allocate resources by participating in Clubs. These resources include time commitment, emotional openness, tangible and intangible assistance, active involvement, and shaping of roles. This active participation significantly enhances the quality of the father-son relationship while also yielding personal growth and improvements in the overall life environment. Therefore, it is suggested that parents and children utilize their shared interests as a foundation to explore parent-child clubs and parenting experiences through the framework of fathering resource theory. By engaging in continuous participation within positive associations or through joint parent-child learning, a tailored parenting structure can be established. Scout groups, among other options, serve as viable avenues to achieve this goal.
