  • 本研究中,研究者嘗試應用電子白板於國小數學科教學,以改善學生學習幾何單元常遇到的困難,瞭解教師使用電子白板輔助學生學習情形,及促使教師在教學上的成長。本研究採行動研究法,研究參與者為臺北市某國小的二位教師及五年級一個班級的學生,教學內容為數學科幾何部分的面積、線對稱圖形、柱體與錐體等三個單元。研究結果發現,使用電子白板有助於學習氣氛的提升,部分電子白板內建的工具如尺規、幾何繪圖工具等,能讓學生更專注於學習;在電子白板上直接拖曳、旋轉、縮放圖形等功能有助於學生瞭解幾何單元的概念,讓學生更瞭解抽象概念的基本原理;而學生也普遍喜歡使用電子白板來進行幾何概念的學習。然而,在使用電子白板的教學過程中也遭遇到一些問題,包括:教師需要花費更多的時間進行教學的準備,某些電子白板的功能不符教學需求,及學生須另外花時間學習電子白板的操作。而教師在經由此研究後,也獲得一些成長,包括:教師能以更多元的方式進行教學、教師因電子白板的使用提升了資訊應用於教學的能力、教師尋求更多的協助以解決教學遇到的困難等。

    This study attempted to use Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) to improve students’ learning in math concepts. The action research method was used to understand the practical issues involved in using IWB and to promote the teacher’s knowledge and skills in using technology. Two elementary teachers and thirty 5th grade elementary students participated in this study. The findings showed that IWB application was useful in improving students’ motivation and class atmosphere. Some application tools came with IWB were useful in helping students learn math concepts. However, the teacher encountered some problems in using IWB such as increase of class preparation time and inconvenience of several IWB tools.
