  • 餐飲業是個非常競爭的市場,如何在各種競爭中脫穎而出,並獲得合理利潤,上下游整合是關鍵因素之一。為瞭解在激烈競爭中之有效經營策略,本碩士論文旨在研究D個案公司在餐飲業的多角化經營方針。D個案公司為當今市場上顯著開拓,並有相當利潤之企業,主要的關鍵在其具備多元化經營策略,並在上下游整合方面取得突破。本研究主要探討D個案公司在人力資源管理實務上,如何應對多元化經營的挑戰,包括招聘選拔、人才培訓、激勵機制及跨品牌管理等。研究目的在於整理D個案公司餐飲業多角化的實踐方式,以及海外市場的多元化經營策略,以為餐飲業提供具體可行的參考指標。

    本研究採用比較研究法、文獻調查法、訪談調查法和敘述性研究法,對D個案公司的多元化策略進行深入分析。研究結果有助於協助D個案公司制定以核心競爭力為導向的多元化策略,並在未來開拓海外市場時具有可行性,也對餐飲業之上下游整合提供建議。

    The catering industry is an extremely competitive market. To stand out in various competitions and obtain reasonable profits, integration of the upstream and downstream is one of the key factors. To understand effective management strategies in intense competition, this master's thesis aims to study the diversified management policy of Case D Company in the catering industry. Case D Company is a significant and profitable enterprise in the market today, with the key to its success being its diversified management strategy and breakthroughs in upstream and downstream integration. This study mainly explores how Case D Company copes with the challenges of diversified management in human resource management practices, including recruitment and selection, talent training, incentive mechanisms, and cross-brand management. The purpose of the research is to sort out the practical ways of diversification in the catering industry of Case D Company and the diversified management strategy in overseas markets, providing a feasible reference for the catering industry.

    This study adopts comparative research, literature review, interview investigation, and descriptive research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the diversified strategy of Case D Company. The research results will help Case D Company formulate a core-competitiveness-oriented diversification strategy and provide feasibility for future overseas market expansion, as well as suggestions for the integration of upstream and downstream in the catering industry.
