  • 本論文藉由螢光光譜與紫外可見光光譜及電化學技巧分析各種敏光物質與離子間的反應性,其中敏光物質,如GreenTM-1與 Mag-fura-2 salt,在鹼性溶液中(pH>8)可與偵測金屬離子,如Ca2+,Mg2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,形成錯合物並可藉以分析F-離子的濃度。實驗結果顯示:此一系統對F-離子具有良好偵測效果。雖然同族元素對F-離子探測可引起干擾(I->Br->Cl-,[X-]  5[F-]),卻可有效避免OH-離子的干擾。
    本實驗也藉由螢光光譜分析非水溶液中的F-離子濃度,發現PC-Al-Cl與F-間之反應平衡常數為5×105 M。循環伏安法顯示:PC環中若有金屬存在時,才具有偵測氟離子的能力。若將ITO電極在含有1 mM PC-Al-Cl及0.1 mM TBABF4 與20 mM TEACl溶液中,施予電壓(範圍+1.8V~-0.8V vs.SCE),可求得PC-Al-Cl與F-反應之平衡常數約為1.7×104。
    此外,UV及螢光光譜分析顯示部分偶氮磺酸衍生物可與Fe3+離子形成錯合物,並可藉以偵測溶液中Fe3+含量;偵測極限可達10 μM。

    Light-sensitive dyes (GreenTM-l and Mag-fura-2 salts) are found sensitive to the presence of metal ions, like Ca2+,Cd2+,Mg2+, etc., in basic solutions ( pH>8). For instance, the luminosity of GreenTM-1(10-8 M;
    λex 506 nm;λem 531 nm) increased in a linear manner with the addition of Ca2+ up to 10-4 M. Noticeably, as fluoride ion was introduced to the system that contained 10-8 M of GreenTM-l and 10-4 M of Ca2+, the emission intensity of the system decreased systematically with the addition of fluoride ion. Thanks to this merit, a F--sensor was developed. A linear calibration curve covering the concentration of fluoride from 2 to 46 mM was obtained; the detection limit was ca. 1 mM at pH 8.1. Whereas halides may cause interference with the sensitivity of this system (I->Br->Cl-, at a concentration of 5 equivalents to F-), this system showed a resist to the change in its emission spectra as phosphate (5 Eq. to [F-]) was added. Besides, analysis based on UV and fluorescence spectroscopy reveals that some dyes show an excellent capability for the detection of Fe3+. For example, in pH 2 solution, the detection limit may reach 10-5 M. According to the UV-Vis absorption spectra, these dyes may from 1:1 complex with Fe3+.
