  • 地理資訊系統與遙測技術突破了傳統測量學就空間測量所遭遇到的瓶頸,使人們得以在極短的時間內完成對廣大範圍的測量與分析工作,有效的提升了過去需要大量人力與時間才能完成的工作效能。然而,透過上述科技所獲得數量龐大的遙測影像與空間資料,自始至終仍僅止於極少數的使用者手中,其中又以政府部門及學術單位佔絕大多數,其在普及應用的推廣層面上仍顯不足。儘管世界各國相繼將地理空間資訊科技納入其國內高中教育的課程規畫中,但仍因若干因素而無法獲得卓越的教學成效。另一方面,隨著近年來與網路科技的結合,空間資訊的應用已然邁入網路應用的全新階段。這無疑是空間資訊普及推廣的一大推手,而雲端運算技術的發展趨勢更提供了空間資訊在網路應用上,另一個相當具有前瞻性的發展可能。透過雲端運算的技術,使用者只需透過任何行動裝置就能獲得一切空間資訊所帶來的附加價值與便利,而完全不必受資料取得、軟硬體設備以及操作知識等技術性問題的限制。

    本研究以雲端運算為基礎概念,透過問題解決的途徑,分析空間資料的發佈推廣及其附加應用價值提升的成效問題,並以主題式自動化的空間資訊線上運算分析為其解決方案。應用空間資料分析處理程序的模組化操作方法,分別建置浮筏式牡蠣棚架計算以及邊坡地物變遷偵測的主題式自動化分析模組。最終,以服務導向架構(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)為網路GIS的平台架構,完成主題式自動化分析之GIS網路服務的部署。研究證明此方法能順利的透過雲端服務概念發佈空間資訊,並提升其附加應用價值。同時,系統的架構能兼具靈活的整合、資料重複使用以及良好的系統元件相融性等屬性效能。
