戰後台灣地區在政治,經濟,教育在各個經濟型態下有著長足的發展,
而在創造了舉世傲人的經濟成果之後,與國人休閒生活息息相關的休閒活
動的內容與學術研究的成果卻乏人加以整理,為了解此一發展概況,筆者蒐
集相關資料,並輔以人物訪談,以歷史研究法來撰寫本文,並依時代背景,休
閒活動的內容,休閒活動學術研究等層面加以敘述,並對其整體發展及各經
濟型態的關係加以考察,最後獲致以下的結論: 一.戰後台灣地區經濟的
高度發展,間接的帶動了休閒活動內容及學術研究 成果的多樣化。
二.國內缺乏統籌推展休閒活動的機構,對於休閒活動的全面推展或有限制
。 三.國人參與休閒活動時,一直面臨外在硬體設施影響,一直沒有改善,
值得 正視。 四.國人以靜態休閒活動為其主要休閒型態,然而卻期
待戶外動態休閒活動, 值得我們去正視並了解此落差之原因。

With the steady development in politics, economy and
education,Taiwan has made an internationally remarkable economic
miracle afterthe war. However, few people integrate
systematically the contents ofrecreation and the fruits of
academic research, which are closely related toour daily life.
In order to get a general picture of this evoution, the
authorcollects some relevant data combined with some interviews
of people towrite this essay with the historic study approach,
makes a description ofthe temporal background, the contents of
recreation and the academicresearch of recreation, and
investigates its overall development and therelationship between
various economic types. The conclusion thus obtained is as
follows:1.The advanced economic development in Taiwan after the
war brough about the multiplicity in the contents of recreation
and the results of academic research.2.Our country lacks an
organization in charge of the promotion ofrecreation, which
poses a restriction to a complete implement of recreation.3.The
people's participation in recreation is always discouraged by
the shortage of the external hardware facilities, but the
facilities remainunimproved. this is a problem worthy of our
attention.4.people in Taiwan practice mainly the static
recreation but they expectthe outdoor dynamic one. We therefore
have to attend and understand the reasons of this gap.
