  • 本研究的目的在採質化的研究方法,深入探討「生涯組型」、「生涯之錨」概念的本上土化類型與內涵。
    本研究的研究參與者為十五位畢業於國內某大學藥學系的某屆男性畢業生,目前皆處於中年期,年齡在四十三歲至四十九歲之間,其工作經驗迄今長達約二十年。在研究方法上,邀集研究參與者參與研究後,採用「多重工具取向」的方法進行深入訪談,隨後整理為訪談逐字稿,再經過三角檢核的程序後,依現象學要求的編碼與資料分析原則形成重要主題,並建構概念的內涵,進而歸納出符合本土文化特性的「生涯組型」與「生涯之錨」類型。
    從這十五位研究參與者的資料中,本研究瞭解到以下現象:
    一、可將「生涯組型」歸納為四平八穩型、嘗試穩定型、早期蛻變型、飛躍成長型、曲折起落型、轉折發展型、起伏多變型等七種型態。每種型態各有其獨特的發展歷程與生涯曲線。
    二、可萃取出企業挑戰、研究創新、安定和諧、專業權威、組織管理、典範開創、意義探尋等七種「生涯之錨」。每種類型在態度與價值、天賦與能力、動機與需求上各有其內涵。
    此外,本研究並針對與上述主題相關的現象加以描述和討論。最後,根據討論結果,分別提出對學校生涯輔導與諮商實務、企業組織人力資源管理、未來研究方面的建議。

    The purpose of the research is to explore "Career pattern" and "Career anchor" in Taiwan by qualitative methods.
    The participants are fifteen graduates, now in middle adulthood, between forty-three and forty-nine, graduating from some Medical College in Taiwan. Their working experience have been near twenty years. As to the way of the research, the researcher took the one called "multi-instrument approach" to go on an in-depth interviewing, and latterly translated it as a script literally to analyze. After the process of triangulation, the researcher coded, according to the principle of data analysis in phenomenology, to develop a theme and construct concept, and then induced career patterns and career anchors appropriate to Taiwan.
    The results of the research are as follows:
    1.Seven career patterns, smooth stability, stability after trials, initial transformation, hasty expansion, waging ups and downs, changing in middle adulthood, unstableness, could be induced. Each has its developmental process and life line.
    2.Seven career anchors, entrepreneurial creativity, investigation and invention, stableness and harmony, profession, management, milepost building, and the exploration for the meaning of life, could be drawn. Each is different with respect to attitude and value, talent and ability, and motive and need.
    Based on the results above, discussions and suggestions were presented.
