  • 孕婦從事運動最主要的目的,是希望藉運動而獲得母
    親與胎兒的健康,使母親在懷孕時擁有較好的生活品質,
    並且在生產時能增進母子平安順利。本研究之目的乃針對
    孕婦分娩狀況與運動習慣、運動代表隊經歷等之間的關係
    來做比較與探討。
    本研究參考流行病學研究方式,於民國八十四年二月
    十日至三月三十一日之間,以林口長庚醫學中心婦產部的
    產婦三百三十六人為受試對象,施以問卷調查,而對於採
    自然生產之產婦中,有四十二人並輔以實地的產房生產病
    歷過程記錄,共獲得有效問卷三百零四份,統計結果經過
    討論後,得到以下結論:
    1.國人十八至三十五歲年齡層的產婦,具有規律運動習慣
    的人數比例偏低,只有百分之十七點五。
    2.產婦生產後,身體質量指數(BMI) 稍高,顯示有產後肥
    胖現象,而其中以坐式工作職業者更為明顯;而產婦身
    高愈高,其生產時接受剖腹產的機會將較低。
    3.懷孕前具有規律運動習慣的產婦,接受剖腹生產的機會
    較低,且在經產婦方面,生產時第二產程耗時也較短。
    4.懷孕前曾有一年以上運動代表隊經歷的產婦,接受剖腹
    生產的機會較低,且在初產婦方面,生產時第二產程耗
    時也較短。
    5.懷孕前具有規律運動習慣的產婦以及懷孕前曾有一年以
    上運動代表隊經歷的產婦,其懷孕所產下的新生兒,擁
    有較佳的新生兒出生評分。
    6.懷孕時從事規律產前(拉梅茲)運動的產婦,接受剖腹生
    產的機會較低,且在經產婦方面,生產時第二產程耗時
    也較短。
    7.懷孕初期(一到三個月)與懷孕中期(四到七個月),有規
    律從事運動的產婦普遍感覺到此期間體能狀況良好。
    婦女能在懷孕前具有規律運動習慣、運動代表隊經歷
    ,或懷孕時能從事規律產前(拉梅茲)運動,對於孕婦生產
    的順利以及新生兒出生時的健康,將會有正面的幫助。

    Maternal exercises aim to make both the pregnant women
    and the fetus healthy, to provide better quality of maternal
    lifestyle, and to ensure the safety of mothers and newborn
    babies while delivering. This research is designed to study
    the relation of delivery condition and the healthy status
    of the newborn baby, varied maternal exercise habits and
    varsity experiences.
    The research method of epidemiology was applied to this
    study, with the confined women at the Department of
    Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital
    (CGMH) Lin Kou as objects. Aside from the questionaires
    delivered to the pregnant women, the records of gravidas are
    also taken into consideration. Finally 304 questionaires are
    valid, which, after the analysis of statistics, formulate
    the following conclusion:
    1.There are 17.5% women, between 18 and 35 years old,
    in Taiwan are doing exercises regularly.
    2.After delivery of the gravidas, especially those
    sedentary occupational women have higher Body Mass Index.
    The height of gravidas is one of the factors that influence
    the method of delivery.
    3.Those who exercise regularly before pregnancy seldom
    receive cesarean section; moreover, the delivery process
    of multigravida is faster during the second stage.
    4.The pregnant women, with the experience of
    representative contestant more than one year, are less
    likely to receive cesarean section; besides, the delivery
    process of primigravida is faster during the second stage.
    5.Those who exercise regularly and those who have the
    experience as representative contestants for more than one
    year before pregnancy can give birth to children with better
    grades for newborn babies.
    6.Those who do perinatal exercise (Lamaze method)
    regularly during pregnancy seldom receive cesarean section;
    moreover, the delivery process of multigravida is faster
    during the second stage.
    7.The pregnant women who exercise regularly generally
    feel that their physical condition is good during the first
    trimester and midgestation.
    The gravidas with regular exercise or varsity
    experience before pregnancy or doing perinatal exercise
    (Lamaze method) regularly during gestation, will further
    maintain both maternal health and fetal well-being during
    delivery.
