  • 本研究援引三元影響理論架構,旨在探討高中生情緒反應、逃避—情緒取向因應型態、拒智慧型手機自我效能與智慧型手機成癮之關係,並檢驗逃避—情緒取向因應和拒智慧型手機自我效能序列中介情緒反應對智慧型手機成癮的預測關係。本研究針對我國高中生進行立意取樣,並透過縱貫性研究方法,分為兩個時間點進行問卷施測,第一時間點(下稱T1)回收有效問卷數共1,258份,於第二時間點(下稱T2)進行追蹤測並回收共1,150份有效問卷,有效樣本追蹤率為91.41%。本研究工具包含:個人資料表、情緒反應量表、因應型態量表之逃避—情緒取向因應、拒智慧型手機自我效能量表及智慧型手機成癮量表。本研究採用描述性統計分析、皮爾森相關分析、迴歸分析等統計分析方式,並透過SPSS PROCESS外掛模組等統計方式進行中介效果分析。本研究結果顯示:一、高中生的情緒反應(T1)能顯著且正向預測智慧型手機成癮(T2);二、高中生的逃避—情緒取向因應(T2)能顯著且正向預測智慧型手機成癮(T2);三、高中生的拒智慧型手機自我效能(T2)能顯著且負向預測智慧型手機成癮(T2);四、高中生的逃避—情緒取向因應(T2)與拒智慧型手機自我效能(T2)能序列中介情緒反應(T1)對智慧型手機成癮(T2)的預測關係。本研究驗證了三元影響理論於我國高中生智慧型手機成癮歷程之適用性。本研究建議實務工作者能藉由協助發展壓力因應策略、提升拒用自我效能等方式,以協助高中生降低智慧型手機成癮之風險。

    Based on the Theory of Triadic Influence, the study aims to investigate the relationship between emotion reactivity, avoidance/emotion-focused coping, smartphone refusal self-efficacy, and smartphone addiction among high school students, as well as the mediating effect of avoidance/emotion-focused coping and smartphone refusal self-efficacy on the prediction of emotion reactivity on smartphone addiction.
    This study used a purposive sampling of high school students in Taiwan, with the questionnaire administered twice using a longitudinal research method. A total of 1,258 valid questionnaires were collected at the first time point (T1), followed by 1,150 valid questionnaires at the second time point (T2), yielding a 91.41% valid sample tracking rate. Personal Information Form, Emotion Reactivity Scale, Avoidance/Emotion-Focused Coping Checklist, Smartphone Refusal Self-Efficacy Scale, and Smartphone Addiction Scale were used as the instruments in this study. The study used descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, regression analysis, and SPSS Process macro for mediation effect analysis.
    The results showed that:
    1. emotion reactivity (T1) can significantly and positively predict smartphone addiction (T2) among high school students;
    2. avoidance/emotion-focused coping (T2) can significantly and positively predict smartphone addiction (T2) among high school students;
    3. smartphone refusal self-efficacy (T2) can significantly and negatively predict smartphone addiction (T2) among high school students;
    4. avoidance/emotion-focused coping (T2) and smartphone refusal self-efficacy (T2) serially mediated the relationship between emotion reactivity (T1) and smartphone addiction (T2) among high school students.
    This study validated the applicability of the Theory of Triadic Influence on the smartphone addiction process among high school students in Taiwan. This study suggests that practitioners may assist high school students in reducing the risk of smartphone addiction by helping them develop coping strategies and enhancing refusal self-efficacy.
