本論文針對美國十九世紀著名女作曲家艾咪．畢琦(Amy Beach, 1867-1944)分別以詩人莎士比亞 (William Shakespeare 1564-1616) 、羅伯特．伯恩斯（Robert Burns1759-1796）、羅伯特．伯朗寧（Robert Browning 1812-1889）的作品所創作的美國藝術歌曲，作品三十七、四十三、四十四，透過文獻、樂曲分析、演唱詮釋進行研究探討艾咪．畢琦的歌曲創作風格。其中包含艾咪‧畢琦生平簡介、畢琦的音樂風格特色和創作背景；詩人莎士比亞、羅伯特．伯恩斯、羅伯特．伯朗寧的生平簡介、作品簡介；最後透過此三組作品的樂曲分析和演唱詮釋總結艾咪畢琦的歌曲風格。
