近年來,由於節能省碳意識日益高張,且技術日益成熟,油電混合汽車市場成長相當快速,唯各廠牌之電動車品質仍然有提升空間,後進廠商尤甚,為少有學者研究相關議題。為分析影響消費者購買油電混合汽車的所有品質相關的因素,並分析其因果關係,本研究擬導入全面品質管理。本研究首先回顧近年來與品質機能展開相關之文獻後,以修正式德菲法確認構面與準則,再導入決策實驗室分析法 (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL),歸納專家意見,推衍影響電動車品質組織、技術、與競爭等構面與準則之影響關係,結構方程模型 (Structural Equation Modeling,SEM) 驗證前述影響關係是否顯著。本研究將邀集某全球領導油電混合車之專業經理人與台灣之消費者實證分析架構之可行性,並提出改善品質之策略,作為未來持續改善電動車依據。透過決策實驗室分析法瞭解到專家對於油電混合車持續改善因素中,產品創新為持續改善因素中最重要的因素,另外,透過結構方成模型驗證假說得知假說路徑與結果完全一致,固可認定從專家的角度來看,透過產品創新的方式能持續改善油電混合車之效能,且從全面品質管理之角度亦可達到同樣效果。
In recent years, technology has become more sophisticated, hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) market growing quite fast, only the quality of all brands of electric cars is still room for improvement, factors related to consumers to buy HEV all the qualities of impact analysis, and analysis of its causal relationship, this study intends to import the Total Quality Management (TQM). In this study, we review recent and TQM of the relevant literature, Modified Delphi method to repair a formal confirmation facets and guidelines, and then introduced into the decision-making laboratory analysis (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL), summarized the expert opinion, push Effects derived facets and guidelines for the quality of the electric vehicle organization, technology, and competition relationships, partial least square (Partial Least Square, PLS) to verify whether the relationship between the significant impact. This study invites a leader of professional managers and consumers of electric depot Taiwanese empirical analysis of the feasibility of infrastructure, and improve the quality of the proposed strategy, as the future of HEV based on continuous improvement. By using DEMATEL, on the expert’s of view, “Product Innovation” will be the most influence way for continuous improvement for HEV. According to the past literature, and using for PLS for verify hypothesis, the author also figure out that TQM is also one of the critical factor for continuous improvement for HEV industry.
