  • 本研究是以宜蘭縣高級職業學校學生為對象,以團體施測的方式採自填問卷法蒐集資料,共獲得有效問卷421份,分別為一年級156份、二年級121份、三年級144份。
    研究之主要目的在了解青少年對於飲酒的期望(Alcohol Expectancy預期飲酒可能產生的影響)、社會功能、以及飲酒現況,並探討青少年酒精期望、社會功能與飲酒行為之關係和交互作用情形,以酒精期望、社會功能預測青少年飲酒現況,分析社會人口學變項與酒精期望、社會功能及飲酒行為的關係,其結果歸納如下。
    研究結果發現受測青少年過去曾喝過酒者佔73.7%,第一次飲酒以國中時期為最多。過去一個月研究對象平均飲酒次數為3.14次,飲酒一次以上(含)者有168人(39.9%);平均飲酒量為3.32杯,而飲酒一杯以上者有159人(37.7%)。
    與飲酒頻率相關之因素有性別、酒精期望、害羞;在複迴歸分析中只有酒精期望可以顯著預測飲酒頻率;負向酒精期望、社交能力與飲酒頻率的關係有交互作用。
    與飲酒量相關之因素有性別、酒精期望;在複迴歸分析中可以顯著預測飲酒量的變項為酒精期望、性別、年級跟家庭結構等;而正向酒精期望、社交能力與飲酒量的關係也有交互作用。
    酒精期望、社會功能以及社會人口學變項之複迴歸模式可以有效預測飲酒行為(飲酒頻率和飲酒量),其中,酒精期望變項的解釋力最高,其次為社會人口學變項,而社會功能變項解釋力最低。
    最後,根據研究發現,本研究建議青少年酒精教育的內容需兼顧正向酒精期望及負向酒精期望,並提出在教育與輔導的應用及未來研究之建議。

    The main purpose of the study is to explore The relationships among adolescent alcohol expectancies, social functioning, and alcohol using behavior.The sample is selected by cluster sampling method. Two schools are involved, with the 421 samples in total. The data are collected via questionnaires in January, 2004.
    The main findings of the study were as following:
    1. Among the samples 73.7% have the experience of drinking. The first time of drinking is mostly in the junior high school years. The use of alcohol in a month is 3.14 times averagely, and 39.9% of the subjects use alcohol at least once. The average amount of alcohol drinking is 3.32 cups, and 37.7% have at least one cup of alcohol in a month.
    2. Sex, alcohol expectancy, and shyness relate to the frequency of alcoholic use. In multiple regression analysis, alcoholic expectancy can significantly predict the frequency of alcohol use.
    3. Sex, alcohol expectancy relate to the quantity of alcoholic use. In multiple regression analysis, alcoholic expectancy, sex, grade, family situation can significantly predict the quantity of alcohol use.
    4.There are interactions between alcohol expectancy and social ability in significantly predicting alcohol use.
    At the end of this study, that the educational authorities develop an alcoholic prevention program is suggested, and suggestions for future researches by the related people and groups are also made
