  • 本研究主要探討臺北市某社區長者運動自我效能與規律運動行為現況,以及個人背景因素、運動自我效能、運動環境滿意度與規律運動行為之關係。研究方法採便利取樣,以臺北市某社區長者為研究對象,研究工具為問卷調查,因新冠肺炎影響有部分以線上問卷進行,最終回收有效問卷114份。研究資料以描述性統計、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析、邏輯斯回歸等統計方式進行整理與分析。研究結果顯示:研究對象有達成規律運動行為條件者僅占全體 36%,無規律運動行為者占全體 64%,並以輕度運動為主。在規律運動行為中,性別與從事規律運動行為有顯著差異(p<.05),以女性較男性具有規律運動行為。運動自我效能部分,研究對象對於有興趣之運動及沒人陪伴時對於從事規律運動行為把握程度最高,當身體疲倦時則最沒有信心。運動自我效能與不同年齡層有顯著的差異(p<.05)。以邏輯斯迴歸探究規律運動行為之重要影響因素,發現運動自我效能與性別為規律運動行為之重要預測因子。

    This study is aim to explores the current situation of exercise self-efficacy and regular exercise behavior among the elderly in a community in Taipei City, as well as the relationship among personal background factors, exercise self-efficacy, satisfaction with the exercise environment and regular exercise behavior. The research method adopts Convenience Sampling. The research subject were elderly in a community in Taipei City, and the research tool is questionnaire survey. Due to COVID-19, some questionnaires were online. 114 valid questionnaires were recovered. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square, One-way ANOVA, Logistic regression were used to analyze the data.
    The results of the study were summarized as follows: There were only 36% subjects who had regular exercise behavior, and the other were not. The subjects were mainly low-intensity exercise. In regular exercise behavior, there is a significant difference between gender and engaging in regular exercise behavior (p<.05), and women have more regular exercise behavior than men. In exercise self-efficacy, the subjects have the highest confidence in engaging in regular exercise behaviors when they are interested in sports, they are not accompanied by anyone. They have the least confidence when they are tired. Exercise self-efficacy was significantly different with age (p<.05). The exercise self-efficacy and gender were important predictors of regular exercise behavior.
