  • 本篇研究之目的在於利用數學模式法,針對於國內 105 位四至六歲
    自願參與之幼童,進行身體肢段參數的推估研究,其研究參數包括:
    各肢段體積、各肢段體積百分比、各肢段重心位置百分比、身體重心
    之高度等,並以重心反應板直接測量法所計算得之重心位置,代入本
    研究,作為有效推估數學模式之重心位置的標準。本研究經實驗及資
    料處理後獲得以下之結果:
    一、身體各肢段體積方面(單位:公升)
    十四塊:頭部、軀幹、上臂、前臂、手掌、大腿、小腿、腳掌分為
    :3.155、 8.389、0.488、0.263、0.196、1.815、0.741、0.272。
    十五塊:頭部、上軀幹、下軀幹、上臂、前臂、手掌、大腿、小腿
    、腳掌分為:3.155、6.227、1.835、0.488、0.263、0.196、1.815
    、0.741、 0.272 。
    二、身體各肢段體積百分比方面
    十四塊:頭部、軀幹、上臂、前臂、手掌、大腿、小腿、腳掌分為
    :0.167、 0.439、0.026、0.014、0.010、0.094、0.039、0.014。
    十五塊:頭部、上軀幹、下軀幹、上臂、前臂、手掌、大腿、小腿
    、腳掌分為:0.167、0.332、0.098、0.026、0.014、0.010、0.094
    、0.039、 0.014 。
    三、身體各肢段重心位置百分比方面
    十四塊:頭部、軀幹、上臂、前臂、手掌、大腿、小腿、腳掌分為
    :0.500、 0.503、0.475、0.448、0.500、0.458、0.438、0.667。
    十五塊:頭部、上軀幹、下軀幹、上臂、前臂、手掌、大腿、小腿
    、腳掌分為:0.500、0.501、0.502、0.475、0.448、0.500、0.458
    、0.438、 0.667 。
    四、反應板重心位置測量法,所測得之重心位置為 63.98公分,
    數學模式法 (十四塊) 推估得之高度為 65.28 公分、數學模式法
    (十五塊)為 66.38 公分。而反應板重心高度與數學模式法 (十四塊)
    推估的重心高度兩者間之估計標準誤差值為 4.63 公分;反應板重心
    高度與數學模式法 (十五塊) 推估的重心高度兩者間之估計標準誤差
    值為 4.81公分。本研究最後得到之結果可作為相關研究上之參考。

    The purpose of this study was to utilize a mathematical
    model to establish children's segmental parameters. There were
    105 children aged from four to six years old voluntarily
    participated this study. The segmental parameters were
    included the volume of every body segment, the percentage of
    every segment's volume, the percentage of every segment's
    location of the center of mass, and the height of body's center
    of mass. The reation board technique was used as a criterion
    to validate the estimation of mass center of gravity for mathe-
    matical model. After data calculation, the results were reach-
    ed followings:
    1. The Volume of every body segment (unit:liter)
    In 14 segment's model : the data of head、trunk、upper arm、
    forearm、hand、thigh、leg、foot were 3.155、8.389、0.488、
    0.263、0.196、1.815、0.741、0.272 repectively.
    In 15 setment's model : the data of head、upper trunk、lower
    trunk、upper arm、forearm、hand、thigh、leg、foot were
    3.155、6.227、1.835、0.488、0.263、0.196、1.815、0.741、
    0.272 repectively.
    2. The percentage of every segment's volume (unit: %)
    In 14 segment's model : the data of head、trunk、upper arm、
    forearm、hand、thigh、leg、foot were 0.167、0.439、0.026、
    0.014、0.010、0.094、0.039、0.014 repectively.
    In 15 setment's model : the data of head、upper trunk、lower
    trunk、upper arm、forearm、hand、thigh、leg、foot were
    0.167、0.332、0.098、0.026、0.014、0.010、0.094、0.039、
    0.014 repectively.
    3. The percentage of every segment's center of mass (unit: %)
    In 14 segment's model : the data of head、trunk、upper arm、
    forearm、hand、thigh、leg、foot were 0.500、0.503、0.475、
    0.448、0.500、0.458、0.438、0.667 repectively.
    In 15 setment's model : the data of head、upper trunk、lower
    trunk、upper arm、forearm、hand、thigh、leg、foot were
    0.500、0.501、0.502、0.475、0.448、0.500、0.458、0.438、
    0.667 repectively.
    4. The center of gravity for supine position was 63.98 cm based
    on reaction board technique, and were 65.28 cm (14 segments)
    and 66.38 cm (15 segments) obtained from mathematical model.
    The standard error of estimate between reaction board tech-
    nique and mathematic a method was 4.63 cm for 14 segmental,
    and 4.81 cm for 15 segmental.
    Finally, this study was concluded that the result of this
    study could be used for domesticly related study research.
