  • 研究背景與目的:現今,網際網路及行動網路裝置在臺灣普及,改變了學生的生活樣態;同時,網路成癮的高危險群比例,不僅隨著年齡逐漸攀升,且以國中階段攀升比例為最。因此,秉持預防勝於治療的精神,本研究旨在以社會認知理論為核心設計網路成癮預防教育課程,並檢驗國中生於接受課程前、後,上網正向效果預期、拒網自我效能及網路成癮傾向的變化情形,以供教育與相關實務工作者參考。
    研究方法:本研究以桃園區國中學生為研究對象,為一個準實驗研究。資料藉由問卷調查方式進行蒐集,蒐集時間為課程實施之前、後兩週。其中,實驗組安排進行為期3週的網路成癮預防教育課程;對照組則進行情緒管理課程。研究工具包括「個人資料表」、「上網正向效果預期量表」、「拒網自我效能量表」、「陳氏網路成癮量表」及「網路成癮預防教育課程」。本研究以描述性統計、皮爾森相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定,以及單因子共變數分析等統計方式進行資料分析。
    研究結果:(1)在前測問卷回應結果中,實驗組與對照組之上網正向效果預期、拒網自我效能與網路成癮並無顯著差異。(2)在前、後測問卷回應結果中發現:實驗組在上網正向效果預期有顯著差異;對照組在上網正向效果預期無顯著差異。(3)在前、後測問卷回應結果中發現:實驗組在拒網自我效能有顯著差異;對照組在拒網自我效能無顯著差異。(4)在前、後測問卷回應結果中發現:實驗組在網路成癮有顯著差異;對照組在網路成癮無顯著差異。(5)在網路成癮預防教育課程後發現:實驗組在上網正向效果預期前、後測結果上有負向顯著差異,實驗組之上網正向效果預期平均分數低於對照組;實驗組在拒網自我效能前、後測結果上有正向顯著差異,實驗組之拒網自我效能平均分數高於對照組;實驗組在網路成癮前、後測結果上有負向顯著差異,實驗組之網路成癮平均分數低於對照組。
    研究結論:本研究檢驗了國中生網路成癮預防教育課程,對於提升國中學生拒網自我效能,以及降低上網正向效果預期和減低網路成癮傾向,具有良好效果,並根據研究結果提出後續研究與教育應用上的建議,以供研究者、教育相關與輔導諮商實務工作者參考。
