  • 本研究的主要目的在瞭解大學生在非理性信念、生涯信念、生涯決定的差異情形,同時瞭解大學生非理性信念、生涯信念、生涯決定的關係。以台灣地區十一所公私立大學及獨立學院之大一至大四學生為研究對象,共計1054人。本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料收集,所使用的研究工具包括「個人信念量表」、「生涯信念檢核表」、「生涯決策量表」。調查所得資料,以t考驗、典型相關分析、同時多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理。研究結果發現不同性別大學生在非理性信念與生涯信念有差異存在;大學生的非理性信念與生涯信念有典型相關存在;大學生的非理性信念可以有效預測生涯決定;大學生的生涯信念可以有效預測生涯決定。最後,研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議以應用在諮商實務上及未來研究之參考。

    The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences of irrational beliefs, career beliefs, and career decision between college students of different gender, and to explore the relationships among irrational beliefs, career beliefs, and career decision of college students. The sample consisted of 1054 college students from the first to fourth grade of 11 colleges in Taiwan. Instruments used in this study included the Survey of Personal Beliefs, Career Decision Beliefs Scale, and the Career Decision Scale. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by t-test, canonical correlation analysis, and simultaneous multiple regression analysis. The main findings were as follows:
    1.Differences between college students of different gender were found for irrational beliefs and career beliefs.
    2.Irrational beliefs were significantly related to career beliefs.
    3.Irrational beliefs significantly predicted career decision.
    4.Career beliefs significantly predicted career decision.
    Based on the findings, implications of this study for counseling of college students and suggestion for the future research were proposed as well.
