尋求設計規劃的客戶端,並非全都具備著良好的設計專業知識背景,擁有如同設計專業人員的視覺媒體解讀能力,能夠在短時間明確了解設計概念,並對於設計過程階段性的設計成果,深入內容溝通與概念傳達討論。
傳達溝通是概念訊息的相互發送與接收處理的過程。思想藉助傳達溝通,而使各自的思想發生交互作用與交流內容,進而彼此影響。視覺傳達意指人與人之間,藉由視覺化「媒體」呈現(presentation)來詮釋敘述的歷程,所以媒體呈現的內容與專案構想息息相關。而媒體表現方法的創意,可透過既成物的選取與組構應用於專案規劃中。換句話說,媒體表現題材是一種專案呈現上的象徵;它很直接地反映在溝通與傳達的關注面,它可以是溝通與傳達上的一種樂趣,更可以是專案上的一個話題。
為了實現對設計的主張,使客戶端對設計內容有所了解,除了直接以語言行動來傳達之外;藉由視覺傳達的媒體(描述、圖式、模型、影像)表現法成為一種重要的說服工具。在探索專案的同時,媒體的表現元素將突顯想像的深度與創造力,數位化工具的實務應用,相對衍生的表現手法與作品的層次性與思維,可以被重新包裝或精練擷取處理,並強化其視覺解讀張力,成為有效率可被接收的新符碼。

Clients who search for design plan are not all equipped with the background of good professional design knowledge and the understanding ability of visual media as professional designer who can explicitly realize the design concept in a short time and have profound communication of the content and discussion upon concept conveyance.
Conveyance communication is the process for mutual sending and receiving message of concept message. Thoughts from each side interact and communicate the content with each other through conveyance communication, then further influence one another. Visual communication indicates the illustration narrative process through the presentation of visualized “media”; hence, the media presented content is closely related to the case conception. As to the creativity of the media presented methods can be applied in the case plan through the selection and constitution from existed materials. In other words, subject of media presentation is a symbol of case display, which directly reflects the focused conveyance communication aspect. It can also be certain kind of pleasure in conveyance communication and furthermore, a topic of the case.
In order to accomplish the standpoint of design and make the client understand the design content, besides the communication through direct words, presentation method applied with media of visual communication (description, diagram, model and image) becomes an important persuasion tool. During the time of case exploration, media presentation elements will outstand the depth and creativity of imagination. Practical appliance of digital tools comparatively develop the presentation methods and the gradation and ideas of the work which can be processed with re-packing and refined, also, strengthen on its tension of visual understanding and become efficient receivable new code.。
