本研究旨在探討大專女子籃球選手止觀特質、心理技能與罰球命中率之相關。以101學年度大專女子甲一級籃球隊晉級複賽之12支球隊的157名選手為研究對象。選手填寫同意書後,在團體的情境填寫中文版「止觀特質量表」與「運動員心理技能量表」測量選手之止觀特質與心理技能狀態。罰球命中率則以101學年度比賽期間之罰球投籃命中率作為依據。所得的資料以皮爾遜積差相關分析止觀特質、心理技能與罰球命中率之間的關係;並且以簡單迴歸及多元迴歸進一步預測止觀特質對罰球命中率,以及心理技能的五個變項對罰球命中率之預測情形。研究結果發現:(一) 101學年度大專聯賽公開一級女子籃球選手的止觀特質與心理技能中的「動機」、「專注」、「壓力處理與調適」、「可教導性」之間有正相關,然而止觀特質與心理技能中的「自信心」沒有相關。(二) 101學年度大專聯賽公開一級女子籃球選手的止觀特質與罰球命中率有正相關,且止觀特質能正向預測罰球命中率;(三) 101學年度大專聯賽公開一級女子籃球選手的心理技能與罰球命中率沒有相關,且心理技能的五個變項皆無法預測罰球命中率。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of mindfulness, psychological skills and free-throw percentage among collegiate women’s basketball players. Participants were 157 women’s basketball players recruited from 12 women basketball teams who competed at the Division-I University Basketball League (UBA) in 2012-2013. After received the informed consent, participant were requested to complete Chinese-version Mindful Attention Awareness Scale and Psychological skills Inventory which assess their mindfulness and psychological skills. The percentages of free-throw were collected during the 2012-2013 UBA games. Person’s correlations and linear regression analyses were used to analyze data. The results showed that: (1) Collegiate women’s basketball players’ mindfulness was positively associated with “peaking under pressure and coping with adversity”, “motivation”, and “coachability” in psychological skills. However, “concentration” was not associated with mindfulness. (2) Mindfulness was positively associated with percentages of free-throw, and mindfulness positively predicted percentages of free-throw. (3) Psychological skills were not related to percentages of free-throw. Moreover, five variables of psychological skills could not predict percentages of free-throw.
