近年來超導量子干涉元件(Superconducting Quantum Interference Device, SQUID)頻繁的應用在生物醫學上。本研究使用了高溫超導量子干涉元件,研製八通道高溫超導免疫分析儀,並配合實驗室研發的生物分子標記磁性奈米粒子和超靈敏磁減量(Immuno Magnetic Reduction,IMR)免疫檢測技術。以往高溫超導免疫分析儀在檢測磁性標記的免疫測定法時,常常因為通道數不夠,單一樣品檢測就非常耗時,所以我們為提升四通道高溫超導免疫分析儀,所以進行的技術上的改進,並配合檢測Tau 蛋白磁減量,來確認八通道高溫超導免疫分析儀的可靠性。
八通道高溫超導免疫分析儀為了符合量測速率的需求,提高檢測通道,使日益增長的檢測量需求暫且得到滿足。在實驗過程中,也藉著增進四通道的效能,改變了一些器件,在Switch中我們改變了電路板的電路圖及繼電器元件,增加了量測上的彈性;也改變了線圈組的長度,將原本四通道線圈組的長度縮短二分之一,在日後如需要量產製作的時候,能夠將時間縮短很多,且空間方面也占了比較小的空間;接線方面,也將BNC接頭換成屏蔽效果較佳的鍍金SMA接頭。目前八通道高溫超導免疫分析儀成了如要量測多種樣品時最好的選擇,只需要簡易的方法配合上試劑即可得到結果,非常符合生物醫學快速簡便的要求。
