  • 過去有很多關於心肺耐力、肥胖指標與血脂肪的研究,且大多的証據皆支持心肺耐力佳者,其血脂肪及體脂肪百分比、身體質量指數亦呈現較佳的傾向,然而對於正值國中階段之青少年的相關研究並不多見,且所得之結果亦不一致。本研究主要的目的是觀察國中男生心肺耐力、肥胖指數與血脂肪之相關。
    本研究以34名國中男生為對象(年齡為15±0.54歲;身高171±6公分;體重60.9±8.8公斤)。受試者接受12分鐘跑走、腰臀圍測量、水中稱重及血液生化檢測後,所得資料經皮爾遜積差相關分析結果如下:
    一、 心肺耐力與總膽固醇(TC)、三酸甘油酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及總膽固醇/高密度脂 蛋白(TC/HDL)比值均無相關。
    二、 心肺耐力與肥胖指標之相關係數:身體質量指數(BMI) (r=-0.43)、腰臀圍比(WHR)(r=-0.369)及體脂肪百分比 (r=-0.649)均呈負相關(P<0.05)。
    三、 腰臀圍比與總膽固醇(TC)、三酸甘油酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及總膽固醇/高密度脂 蛋白(TC/HDL)比值均無相關。
    四、 體脂肪百分比與總膽固醇(TC)(r=-.386)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL) (r=-.384)呈負相關(p<0.05);但與三酸甘油酯(TG) 、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、)及總膽固醇/高密度脂蛋白(TC/HDL)比值均無相關。
    五、 腰臀圍比與高密度脂蛋白(HDL)(r=-.432)呈負相關(p<.05);但與總膽固醇(TC)、三酸甘油酯(TG)、、低密度脂 蛋白(LDL)及總膽固醇/高密度脂蛋白(TC/HDL)比值均無相關。
    本研究結果顯示,國中男生之心肺耐力、腰臀圍比與血脂肪間無顯著之相關,而心肺耐力與肥胖指數皆有負相關;而肥胖指數中只有身體質量指數與高密度脂蛋白,體脂肪百分比與總膽固醇及低密度脂蛋白間有負相關,其餘變項均無明顯之相關。

    According to many former studies which analyzed about cardiorespiratory endurance, obesity index and plasma lipoproteins, most data evidence supported the result that the one who has better cardiorespiratory endurance will have better plasma lipoproteins, percent body fat and body mass index. However, for lack of the study focusing on junior high school juvenile, the resulting data were different. This major purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among cardiorespiratory, obesity index, and plasma lipoproteins in junior high school boys.
    Thirty-four junior high school boys, ranging in age 15±0.54 years, height 171±6 centimeters and weight 60.9±8.8 kilograms, volunteered as subjects for this study. Subjects under the running and walking for 12 minutes, measurements of waists and hips, hydrostatic weighing and blood clinical chemistry tests to determine the result, analyzed by Pearson's product-moment correlation, as the following:
    1. There were no relationship among cardiorespiratory endurance and total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein and the ratio of total cholesterol/ high-density lipoprotein.
    2. The relationship between cardiorespiratory endurance and obesity index showed a negative relationship (P<.05) among body mass index (r=-.43), waist-hips ratio (r=-.369) and percent body fat (r=-.649).
    3. There were no relationship among waist-hips ratio, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein and the ratio of total cholesterol/ high-density lipoprotein.
    4. There was a negative relationship (P<.05) between percent body fat and total cholesterol (r=-.368), and percent body fat and low-density lipoprotein (r=-.384); on the other hand, there were no relationship among percent body fat, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, and the ratio of total cholesterol/ high-density lipoprotein.
    5. There was a negative relationship (P<.05) between waist-hips ratio and high-density lipoprotein (r=-.432); on the other hand, there were no relationship among waist-hips ratio, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, and the ratio of total cholesterol/ high-density lipoprotein.
    The resulting data of this study concluded that there were no significant relationship among cardiorespiratory endurance, waist-hips ratio and plasma lipoproteins in junior high school boys, whereas there was a negative relationship between cardiorespiratory endurance and obesity index. From the obesity index, there was a negative relationship between body mass index and high-density lipoprotein, percent body fat and total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein. There were no significant relationship among others.
