  • 利用簡單的 Williamson 醚類合成法已合成數個新的碳軸側臂對稱雙苯十
    六環冠狀化合物. 由於具有以三個碳原子連結的兩個剛性平面取代基以及
    側臂接在碳原子上, 導致此類化合物會因具有剛性的立體組態, 而表現出
    特異的性質. 本論文報告此類化合物特殊的核磁共振光譜(1H, 13C), 以
    及兩個單晶的結構. 並取其中之一作核磁共振光譜金屬誘導變化的研究.
    發現無論 1H 或 13C 均如預期的有位移的現象, 且13C 峰線的位移會隨
    著過氯酸銀濃度改變而改變, 又由往高場位移的碳原子的分佈情形或可用
    以判定溶液中銀離子和化合物配位時的相關位置.

    Several new sym-dibenzo-16-crown-5 ethers with different side-
    arm were synthesized by simple Williamson ether synthesis.
    These compounds have0 rigid configurations due to the substi-
    tution of two planar benzo groups which were connected with
    three carbon atoms; and also the side arm was attached at
    carbon atom. This thesis reports their special 1H NMR, 13C NMR
    spectra, and two single crystals' structures. One of the
    compounds has also been used to study the metal-induced changes
    in NMR. As we have predicted, movements of the chemical shift
    in both 1H and 13C NMR were observed. Moreover, the 13C NMR
    shifts varied with silver perchlorate concen- tration. Upfield-
    shifted carbon atoms distribute over the ring and side arm.
    These phenomena might indicate the position in which cation was
    located.
