本研究主要探討國中專任輔導老師的角色落差、工作壓力與輔導自我效能的相關情形,分析不同背景變項下,角色落差、工作壓力與輔導自我效能的差異狀態,以及輔導自我效能於角色落差與工作壓力中的調節效果。研究過程採用問卷調查法,並以臺北市、新北市、基隆市與桃園市四地區之公立國中專任輔導老師為研究對象,研究工具包含「國民中學輔導教師角色認同與實踐之研究調查問卷」、「國民中學專任輔導老師工作壓力量表」以及「輔導自我效能調查問卷」,最後獲得有效樣本共129份。研究者將所得資料以描述性統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾森Pearson積差相關分析以及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析處理,研究結果如下:
首先,北北基桃國中專任輔導老師角色落差程度最大為「研究進修」層面,落差程度最小為「諮詢服務」層面;其次,北北基桃國中專任輔導老師具有中等偏低程度的工作壓力,其中工作壓力程度最大為「工作角色與規範限制」層面,工作壓力程度最小為「專業知能困境」層面;最後,北北基桃國中專任輔導老師具有高程度的輔導自我效能,其中輔導自我效能程度最高為「輔導工作推展效能」層面,輔導自我效能程度最低為「危機事件處理效能」層面。而北北基桃國中專任輔導老師在角色落差部分,不會因背景變項的不同而有顯著差異;在工作壓力部分,會因性別、工作年資與就職地區的不同呈現顯著差異;在輔導自我效能部分,則會因學校規模與就職地區的不同呈現顯著差異。北北基桃國中專任輔導老師的角色落差與工作壓力間呈現顯著正相關;角色落差與輔導自我效能則無顯著相關;輔導自我效能與工作壓力則呈現顯著負相關。最後,北北基桃國中專任輔導老師整體輔導自我效能在角色落差和工作壓力間不具有調節效果。

This study aimed to investigate the relationship among the role discrepancy, work stress and counseling self-efficacy of junior high school counselors in region of Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung and Taoyuan. Next, to analyze the difference in role discrepancy, work stress and counseling self-efficacy with various background variables. And the moderating effect of counseling self-efficacy between role discrepancy and work stress was further analyzed.
The instrument used in this study were “The junior high school counselors’ working condition questionnaire,” “The job stress for the full-time counseling teachers of junior high school scale” and “The counseling self-efficacy of junior high school teacher-counselors questionnaire.” And 129 valid responses were retrieved. This study was analyzed by descriptive statistics, MANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows:
The junior high school counselors in region of Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung and Taoyuan had the highest level of the role discrepancy in research and further education and the lowest level in consulting services; the work stress of junior high school counselors in region of Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung and Taoyuan is medium to low level, with the highest level in job roles and rules restrictions, and the lowest level in professional knowledge and ability dilemma; The counseling self-efficacy of junior high school counselors in region of Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung and Taoyuan is high level, with the highest level in counseling work promoting effectiveness and the lowest level in crisis event processing effectiveness; The work stress of junior high school counselors in region of Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung and Taoyuan will be significantly different due to gender, work experience and the region of employment, and the counseling self-efficacy will be significantly different due to the size of the school and the region of employment. And there is a significant positive correlation between the role discrepancy and the work stress. There is no significant correlation between the role discrepancy and the counseling self-efficacy, and there is a significant negative correlation between the counseling self-efficacy and the work stress. Finally, there is no moderating effect of counseling self-efficacy between the role discrepancy and the work stress.
