笄黴菌科(Choanephoraceae J. Schroet, 1894)是毛黴菌目(Mucorales)的一科,此科內共含三屬五菌種。本實驗自臺灣地區各地採集的瓜科植物及朱槿落花中分離出二十一個菌株,共鑑定出二屬四種:分別為單孢布拉黴菌(Blakeslea monospora B.S. Mehrotra& Baijal)、三孢布拉黴菌(Blakeslea trispora Thaxter)、漏斗笄黴菌(Choanephora infundibulifera (Currey) Sacc.)及瓜笄黴菌(Choanephora cucurbitarum (Berk. & Rav.) Thaxter)。單孢布拉黴菌及三孢布拉黴菌為台灣新紀錄種。此外,瓜笄黴菌在臺灣的分布最廣遍及臺灣北中南部地區,而漏斗笄黴菌次之,本次實驗僅在臺灣南部發現其蹤跡,單孢布拉黴菌及三孢布拉黴菌則較少見,僅分別在高雄及南投記錄到。至於三孢布拉黴菌正交配型在馬鈴薯葡萄糖液體培養基上最適生長溫度為攝氏25至30度,而負交配型之最適生長溫度則為25度。這是正負交配型除了生長速度的差異外,另一生理特性之差異。利用丙酮,乙醚,水配合pH值的變化,採用Mono-Q管柱純化結果可獲得UV吸收光譜與三孢子酸相似之物質。
The family Choanephoraceae enumerated by J. Schroet in 1894, is one of the members of the order Mucorales. We collected the fallen flowers of cucurbitaceous plants in Taiwan, and obtained 21 strains. After identification, we find they can be classified into 2 genera and 4 species. They are namely Blakeslea monospora B.S. Mehrotra & Baijal, Blakeslea trispora Thaxter, Choanephora infundibulifera (Currey) Sacc. and Choanephora cucurbitarum (Berk. & Rav.) Thaxter. The above two species in the genus Blakeslea are reported for the first time in Taiwan. A growth curve of B. trispora cultivated in potato-glucose liquid medium was also obtained. The optimum temperatures for its plus an d minus strain are 25 -30 C and 25 C respectively. Such different physiological character can be applied to distinguish the sexuality in mucoraceous fungi.
