本研究採用文獻計量學方法,探討東亞(中國、日本、韓國、台灣)2001至2021年間發表之系統性文獻回顧(Systematic Reviews, SR)與統合分析(Meta-Analysis, MA)文獻之主題及發展趨勢。本研究資料來源於Web of Science資料庫,共計71,360篇論文。首先,應用 CATAR進行文獻的概觀分析,以揭示系統性文獻回顧與統合分析文獻之年度文獻分佈、重要被引文獻,以及發表此類文獻數量最多的學術機構,並關注關鍵作者及其學術貢獻,探討在此期間發表最多論文的作者及其論文的引用情況,以期識別出中國、日本、韓國、台灣在實證醫學領域中的領導人物。
接著,應用 VOSviewer進行主題分析,深入解析系統性文獻回顧與統合分析文獻之主題及其發展趨勢;透過關鍵詞共現度分析,依據關鍵詞出現頻次(Occurences) 進行排序,列出前10項重要關鍵字,並聚類出中國有7個群聚分群,日本、韓國、台灣各有8個群聚分群,從而更清楚顯示出研究的熱點領域;基於共現頻率,產生不同顏色的分群架構,概述中國、日本、韓國、台灣研究主題分佈情況。此分析還包括趨勢分析及作者分析,展示了2001至2021年間系統性文獻回顧與統合分析文獻主題的發展軌跡及趨勢。透過疊加視圖,觀察到研究與關鍵字相關的趨勢,結果顯示自2018至2019年起,研究的焦點開始轉向至疾病本身,例如,全膝關節置換術(total knee arthroplasty)、麻醉(anesthesia)、非小細胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer)、肝細胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma)、超音波(ultrasound)、covid-19、nivolumab等主題,表示實證醫學方法學已趨成熟,並開始聚焦於疾病相關研究。此外,透過共著作者關係 (co-authorship)分析,探討作者間的互動關係,了解他們發表系統性文獻回顧與統合分析文獻中的合作情況。
本研究的結果和建議,使臨床人員有效掌握系統性文獻回顧與統合分析文獻發展情況,讓醫學圖書館館員了解系統性文獻回顧與統合分析文獻特性,並提供對研究和實踐方向的實用參考。

In this study, we utilized bibliometric methods to investigate Systematic Reviews (SR) and Meta-Analysis literature. We focused on the themes and development trends of Meta-Analysis (MA). The data for this study was obtained from the Web of Science database, which includes a total of 71,360 papers.
To conduct an overview analysis of the literature, start by using the CATAR tool. This will help reveal the annual distribution of systematic literature reviews and integrated analysis documents, important cited documents, and the academic institutions that publish the largest number of such documents. The analysis will also focus on key authors and their academic contributions. Additionally, it will explore the authors who published the most papers during this period and the citations of their papers. This will help in identifying leaders in the field of empirical medicine in China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
We used VOSviewer to analyze the topics covered in systematic literature review and integrated analysis literature. We conducted keyword co-occurrence analysis to identify the most frequently occurring keywords, listed the top 10 important keywords, and grouped them into 8 clusters in China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan to highlight the prominent research areas. Using different colors to represent co-occurrence frequencies, we visualized the distribution of research topics in each country. Our analysis also included trend and author analyses, which showed the development trajectory and interaction of literature topics in empirical medicine from 2001 to 2021.
In the analysis, we noticed trends in keyword research about China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. The findings reveal that starting from 2018 and continuing into 2019, there has been a noticeable shift in research focus in these countries towards the diseases themselves. Topics like total knee arthroplasty, anesthesia, non-small cell lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, ultrasound, COVID-19, and nivolumab indicate that evidence-based medicine methodology has matured and is now concentrating more on disease-related research.
Furthermore, we used co-authorship analysis to examine the collaborative relationships among authors from China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. This helped us gain insight into their joint efforts in publishing systematic literature reviews and conducting integrated analysis of literature. The findings and recommendations of this study offer clinical professionals the necessary resources to effectively navigate the development of systematic literature reviews and integrated analysis of literature. Additionally, medical librarians can use this study as a practical reference to understand the features of systematic literature review and integrated analysis of literature, ultimately guiding research and practice directions.
