國內外已有許多研究探討專案經理對於專案管理之重要性,並提供通用的專案經理技能。然而,目前較無針對國內重要的消費型通訊代工產業之專案經理(IT PM)研究。不同產業的專案範疇及模式有所差異,所需的專案經理技能,或技能的相對重要性亦有所不同,促使本研究之發想,並期望以相對客觀之方式系統化的建構評選準則。
本研究運用文獻探討歸納,並以層級分析法(AHP)建構IT PM評選指標架構,共計有四大構面及十六項指標。運用一對一問卷訪談五位相關產業背景專家,並「技術及產業知識(0.297)」排序第一、「專案管理應用技能(0.286) 」排序第二、「人際關係管理技能(0.250)」,及「綜合管理技能(0.168)」排序第四;十六項指標權重排序前五名分別為「產業現況與知識」、「技術」、「問題解決」、「時間管理」,及「產品規劃」。最後,本研究進一步與高階主管看法比較,發現高階主管最重視「綜合管理技能(0.434)」,相對較不重視「人際關係管理技能(0.0.56)」為最大的兩項差異。
There are numerous local and international studies that explore the positive impacts made by project managers when applying their skills. Since project scope and patterns vary between different industries, limited research has been conducted when we apply these skills in the consumer communication product contract manufacturer industry. The project management skills required and its application to meet critical criteria are different. Therefore, in this research, we expect to systematically build an objective selection criterion.
This research uses literature to summarize and construct the IT PM selection structure with the hierarchical analysis method (AHP), which includes criteria (four major dimensions) and sub-criteria (sixteen elements). Four industry related experts were individually interviewed using a questionnaire. For major criteria ranking, the first is in "technology and Industry knowledge (0.297)", second is "project management application skills (0.286)", third is "interpersonal relationship management skills (0.250)", and the last is "general management skills (0.168)". In the sub-criteria, the top five rankings are "industry status and knowledge", "technology", "problem solving", "time management" and "product planning". Furthermore, having compared these perspectives with a senior executive, the study found two big differences. The senior executive values "general management skills (0.434)", but discards "interpersonal relationship management skills (0.0.56)".
