經濟全球化、創新技術的廣泛應用,全球銀行業正面臨嚴重衝擊,面對日益激烈的競爭,傳統銀行業服務與產品的結構發生變化,開始大量投入技術發展領域啟動企業轉型,改變銀行運作與提供服務的方式,金融科技已成為銀行業不可或缺的一部分。金融科技是金融創新的重要推動力,提供快速、安全、多元的金融服務,強化客戶對銀行的信任和忠誠度,達到永續經營與普惠金融的目標。
本研究透過國內外文獻蒐集彙整,依據全球金融產業金融創新與技術之發展脈絡,探討金融科技對台灣銀行業影響因素之五大構面與二十一項準則,經由專家訪談與問卷調查,利用多層次決策分析法 (Hierarchical Decision Model, HDM) ,針對構面及準則間的相對重要性權重比例進行排序。
經由本研究結果分析數據,五大構面中首重安全隱私。五大構面下之優先考量準則分述如下: (1) 客戶體驗構面下,首重客戶滿意度; (2) 技術運用構面下,首重生物辨識; (3) 安全隱私構面下,首重資料安全; (4) 金融生態系統構面下,首重行動支付; (5) 服務創新構面下,首重商業夥伴。本研究結果可提供金融科技對台灣銀行業之影響關鍵參考事宜,進而制定具體有效的策略。
Economic globalization and the wide application of innovative technologies are facing a severe impact in the global banking industry. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, the structure of traditional banking services and products has changed, and a large amount of investment in technology development has begun to initiate corporate transformation, changing the operation and Fintech has become an integral part of the banking industry in terms of the way services are provided. Fintech is an important driving force for financial innovation. It provides fast, safe and diversified financial services, strengthens customers' trust and loyalty to banks, and achieves the goals of sustainable operation and inclusive finance.
Based on the collection and compilation of domestic and foreign literature, this research explores the five dimensions and 21 criteria of financial technology’s impact in Taiwan’s banking industry based on the development of financial innovation and technology in the global financial industry. Hierarchical Decision Model (HDM) ranks the relative importance of facets and criteria.
The results of this research, among the five major dimensions, security and privacy are the most important. The priority criteria under the five dimensions are described as follows: (1) Under the dimension of customer experience, customer satisfaction is the first priority; (2) Under the dimension of technology adoption, the priority is biometrics; (3) Under the dimension of security and privacy, Data security is the top priority; (4) In the financial ecosystem dimension, mobile payment is the top priority; (5) In the service innovation dimension, the business partner is the top priority. The results of this study can provide key references for the impact of financial technology in Taiwan's banking industry, and then formulate specific and effective strategies.
