傳統的煞車方式主要是依靠摩擦力的作用來達到目的,雖用摩擦力來煞車較易設計,但由於會產生高磨擦熱並磨耗機構,且在停電或突然斷電時,會對民眾造成安全威脅。因此利用磁阻力作為煞車方式(簡稱磁力煞車),將可改善此一缺點。
本論文主要以Ansoft/Maxwell軟體分析磁力煞車的磁場大小及其分布情形,再與磁力煞車系統的實驗結果比對。研究結果顯示本論文模擬分析與實驗值相近,且誤差在合理範圍內,除外,並建立出一通式,進而可預測其他物體的終端速度。
As the conventional braking means largely rely on friction to attain the objective, designing a braking system taking to the frictional force might seem easier, yet it not only generates excessive frictional heat and wears down the mechanical parts, but can threaten the safety of the public in the event of a power interruption or sudden power disruption. As a result, adopting magnetic resistance, or magnetic brake, as means of braking could emerge as a viable mean to improve the shortcoming.
The thesis primarily pertains to analyzing the magnetic field and its state of distribution in magnetic braking utilizing the Ansoft/Maxwell package software, and the results derived are then compared with tangible results deriving from magnetic braking systems. The study findings showed that the simulated analysis that the study derived bears a close resemblance to the actual experiment ratings, and are in fact more accurate than the experiment ratings. In addition, it also helps to instill a universal equation that can be used to predict the end speed of other objects.
