摘要
本研究主旨在探討台北市國中學生的內外控信念、家庭溝通型態、家庭政治化與其政治參與態度之間的關聯性，以期對台北市國民中學的公民教育有所裨益。
本研究以台北市國中一、二、三年級學生為研究對象，採隨機取樣的方式，抽取8所學校，24個班級，共578名學生為研究對象。以問卷調查的方式探討性別、年級、內外控信念、家庭溝通型態、家庭政治化等因素不同的學生，其政治參與態度的差異，以及這些變項與政治參與態度之間的關聯性，並檢定這些變項對政治參與態度的預測力。
研究者廣為探討國內外相關研究的文獻，建立本研究的理論架構，並參考相關量表，改編成「國中公民教育問卷」作為研究工具，進行實徵研究。調查所得資料分別採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、百分比同質性考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元回歸分析等統計方法，進行各項考驗，本研究之主要發現如下：
一、在內外控信念方面
1.男生比女生內控。
2.一年級的國中生比三年級國中生內控。
3.多元型家庭溝通型態的學生比保護型家庭溝通型態的學生
內控。
4.概念取向的家庭溝通方式與內控信念呈顯著正相關，社會
取向的家庭溝通方式與內控信念呈顯著負相關。
5.以「內外控信念」為效標變項時，「概念取向」、「性別」、
「年級」、「社會取向」等四個變項為有效的預測變項(個別
決定係數在.01以上者)，此四個變項可共同解釋及預測台北
市國中生內外控信念總變異量的5.6%。
二、在政治參與態度方面
1.男、女國中生的政治參與態度沒有顯著差異。
2.不同年級的國中生，其政治參與態度有顯著差異，三年級
比一年級積極、正向。
3.內外控信念與其政治參與態度有顯著的正相關，內控信念
的學生比外控信念的學生積極、正向。
4.概念取向的家庭溝通方式與政治參與態度呈顯著正相關，
社會取向的家庭溝通方式與政治參與態度沒有顯著負相關。
5.不同家庭溝通型態的國中生，其政治參與態度有顯著差異，
多元型比保護型積極、正向，多元型也比放任型積極、正
向。
6.家庭政治化程度與政治參與態度呈顯著正相關，家庭政治
化程度高的學生比家庭政治化程度低的學生積極、正向。
7.以「政治參與態度」為效標變項時，「概念取向的家庭溝通
方式」、「內外控信念」、「家庭政治化程度」、「年級」等四
個變項為有效的預測變項(個別決定係數在.01以上者)，此
四個變項可共同解釋及預測台北市國中生政治參與態度總
變異量的10.96%。
三、內外控信念、家庭溝通型態與政治參與態度之關係
本研究發現內外控信念、家庭溝通型態與政治參與態度
之間有非常密切的關連性，家庭溝通型態同時會影響內外控
信念與政治參與態度，即多元型家庭溝通型態的學生，同時
呈現內控信念的人格特質與積極、正面的政治參與態度，而
保護型家庭溝通型態的學生，同時呈現外控信念的人格特質
與消極、負面的政治參與態度，由此可知家庭溝通型態的重
要性；研究者根據本實徵性調查研究的結果，推測家庭溝通
型態會影響子女的內外控信念，而其內外控信念會影響其政
治參與態度。
根據研究結果與討論，提出建議，簡述如下：
一、利用各種教育的方法，讓國中生的內外控信念傾向於內控
本研究發現內控信念與政治參與態度呈顯著正相關，因此培養內
控信念有助於其發展正面、積極的政治參與態度，然而本研究也發現
國中女生比男生外控，三年級的國中生比一年級外控，所以有必要探
討影響國中女生、國三學生外控信念的原因，針對這些原因加以改
善，使其能朝內控信念發展。
二、父母親應該以多元型的家庭溝通型態來教養子女
本研究發現如果父母親以多元型的家庭溝通型態來教養子女，則
有助於培養國中生的內控信念與發展正面、積極的政治參與態度，因
此建議父母親應該採用多元型的家庭溝通型態來教養子女。
三、父母親應該以身做則，關心政治，與家人談論政治，適度參
與政治活動
本研究發現高家庭政治化的學生，其政治參與態度傾向於正面、
積極，因此建議父母親應適度關心政治，偶而也能與家人談論政治，
參與政治活動，營造熱衷政治的家庭氣氛。
