以場離子顯微鏡研究鈀原子在鉬及鈀原子平台上擴散運動之機制為跳躍抑或交換方式。從文獻探討中了解此兩種機制同時引出研究動機,並介紹場離子顯微鏡構造與原理。結果:鈀原子在鉬(110)平台上176K開始以交換方式運動,活化能Ed=0.51±0.05eV;鈀原子在鈀(100)平台上115K開始以交換方式運動,活化能Ed=0.31±0.02eV;鈀雙原子在鈀(100)平台上152K開始以交換方式運動。

The diffusion mechanism of Pd adatom on the plane of Mo(110) and Pd(100) is hop or exchange is investigated by field ion microscope(FIM). Historical papers about these two mechanisms and also the research motive are discussed. Meanwhile what the FIM is and how it works is introduced. The Pd adatom begins to hop on Mo(110) at 176K with activation energy Ed=0.51±0.05eV; the Pd adatom hop on Pd(100) at 115K with Ed=0.31±0.02eV ,and Pd dimer hop on Pd(100) at 152K.
