本研究旨在分析柳漾生活空間美學在業務擴展過程中遇到的挑戰以及未來發展的規劃。在迅速成長的背景下,公司面臨兩大核心問題。
首先,公司在高工作量和物料短缺的情況下未能完全發揮團隊的生產和收益潛力。競爭對手的價格戰使得原物料成本上升,加上對成本控制不熟練和業主對預算增加持保留態度,導致我們必須改進成本管理。此外,因為大部分客戶都是熟人,所以在設計費和監工費上常常會給予折扣,這在物料成本上升而服務費未能相應提高的情況下,影響了公司的收益。
第二個挑戰來自於案件量的增加,特別是在旺季時期。為了應對急劇增長的需求,公司需要建立與異業的合作夥伴關係,利用外部廠商的資源來加快工程進度。然而,這種依賴也帶來了管理上的複雜性,特別是在工程管理流程方面。為了確保工程能夠按時且按預算完成,我們必須嚴格控管工程的每一個階段。這包括對工程變更進行不定期的評估和調整,因為這些變更往往會導致額外的費用。此外,有效的行政管理和流程控制尤為重要,需要實施一套完整的控管和回報機制,以確保所有相關人員都能及時準確地獲取最新的工程信息和調整指示。
公司制定了一項綜合性的營運計劃,目標是提升公司的運營效能、增加獲利能力,並增強市場品牌力。,說明為何此計劃對公司的長遠發展至關重要,以及如何具體應對盈利和成長的挑戰。通過此營運計劃,我們期望在資源有限的情況下,如何有效滿足客戶需求並把握市場機遇。
柳漾生活空間美學成立於2016年英國留學歸來後,由我和家人共同創立,旨在將花藝與藝術和商業結合,創造出獨特的企業文化和藝術表現形式。我們提供從軟裝、空間設計到美學藝術及整體行銷的全方位服務。公司名稱「柳漾」寓意著六樣元素——五感體驗加上一顆感動的心,象徵深遠。
本研究也著重於如何將美學融入商業實踐中,實現企業的獨特願景。柳漾生活空間美學透過異業結合與聯盟策略,不斷創新和擴展服務範疇。我們強調裝修與軟裝的完美融合,並透過整合行銷策略與高端定制服務,為客戶打造感動的空間體驗。
為了進一步提升服務品質與企業文化,公司注重人才培訓和服務平台建設,計劃未來三年內於全省設立六個服務據點,這不僅將擴大我們的服務範圍,也加深了在地化服務的深度與廣度。本論文將分析柳漾如何塑造獨特且高端的品牌形象,並探討未來如何將永續發展策略融入企業運營中,以實現長期的企業責任與成長
This study aims to analyze the challenges encountered by Willow Aesthetics in its business expansion and future development planning. Against the backdrop of rapid growth, the company faces two core challenges.
First, under high workload and material shortages, the company has not fully leveraged the production and revenue potential of its team. Competitive price wars have driven up the cost of raw materials. Combined with unskilled cost control and property owners' reservations about budget increases, we have been forced to improve cost management. Additionally, because most clients are acquaintances, discounts are often given on design and supervision fees, affecting company revenue when material costs rise and service fees are not adjusted accordingly.
The second challenge arises from an increase in case volume, especially during peak seasons. To meet the sharply growing demand, the company needs to establish partnerships with different industries, utilizing external vendors' resources to expedite project progress. However, this dependency also brings complexities in management, particularly in engineering management processes. To ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, we must strictly control every phase of the project. This includes periodically reviewing and adjusting for changes in the project, as such changes often incur additional costs. Moreover, effective administrative management and process control are crucial, requiring the implementation of a comprehensive control and reporting mechanism to ensure all relevant personnel can timely and accurately receive the latest project information and adjustments.
The company has developed a comprehensive operational plan aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, increasing profitability, and strengthening market branding, explaining why this plan is vital for the company's long-term development and how it specifically addresses profitability and growth challenges. Through this operational plan, we hope to effectively meet customer needs and seize market opportunities under limited resources.
Willow Aesthetics was established by my family and me after returning from studying in the United Kingdom, aiming to combine the family's artistic genes with business to create a unique corporate culture and artistic expression. We provide a full range of services from soft decorations and space design to aesthetic art and overall marketing. The name "Willow Aesthetics" symbolizes the six elements—five sensory experiences plus one touching heart, signifying profound depth.
This study also focuses on how to integrate aesthetics into business practices to realize the company's unique vision. Willow Aesthetics continuously innovates and expands its service scope through industry alliances and partnership strategies. We emphasize the perfect integration of decoration and soft furnishings, creating touching spatial experiences for our clients through integrated marketing strategies and high-end customized services.
To further enhance service quality and corporate culture, the company focuses on talent training and service platform construction, planning to establish six service points across the province in the next three years. This will not only expand our service range but also deepen the depth and breadth of localized services. This thesis will analyze how Willow Aesthetics shapes a unique and high-end brand image and explore how to integrate sustainable development strategies into corporate operations to achieve long-term corporate responsibility and growth.
