本研究旨在探討高職轉型綜合高中時,有關師資、設備、教學與輔導
等四層面,在轉型過程中可能遭遇的問題,並針對這些問題,提出高職學
校如何進行調配的策略性建議,以供高職轉型綜合高中之參考。 本研
究透過文獻探討建構問卷之理論基礎,以立意抽樣選取高職 、高中教
師為本研究主要調查對象;使用次數百分比及卡方考驗進行調查結果分析
,分析所得參照專家訪談所得獲致結論。 本研究主要結論有:一、規
畫新的職業學程需配合市場需求、師資、設備與學生的需求。二、職業類
科不符合需要時,應進行統整並辦理職業訓練三、職業類科師資專長不符
時,可予以第二專長訓練或轉擔任職業訓 練師資。四、普通科目師資不
足時,採新聘及第二專長訓練後轉任。五、職業類科設備閒置時,提供職
業試探及辦理職業訓練。六、基礎科學儀器不足時,專案添購並充分利用
現有設備。七、採選修課程編班或學科能力編班。八、提供學生多元化的
學習活動九、必修與選修科目應安排在不同時段,同一科目宜開設不同程
度的課程。十、重、補修宜安排在寒、暑假或跨年級隨班修讀。十一、綜
合高中教材宜另行編製,轉型期間暫採目前高中、高職所使用教材。十二
、學生分化以性向、興趣為依據,並參照學業成績與學生期望。十三、提
昇教師輔導知能,加強輔導人員職業觀念。十四、加強學生求職與就職能
力,並進行校外實習。十五、大學宜提供推薦甄選名額。十六、改良式聯
招宜加考職業專業科目。
The purpose of this research is to explore the problems of
teacher quality 、facilities、instruction and counseling for the
vocational sernior high school transitting into comprehensive
high school. The results of this research propose some
constructive suggestions for solving this problems 。 Methods
used in this research include review of literature 、the
questionnaire survey and interviews with experts . Purposive
sampling subjects of this research are the teachers in
vocational senior high school and general high school 。
Percentage Test and Chi-Square Test are used for statistical
analysis。 The major findings are summarized as follows
:1.The new vocational programs must be coordinated with
employment、teacher quality、school facilities and students
。2.Integrating or adjust the the out of date programs 。3.
Providing the secondary-professional training for teachers
who changing into comprehensive high school。 4.The
teachers of secondary- professional have a priority of
being employed to teach in general courses。5.When
the vocational facilities are vocational pretests and
training are provided in junior high school。6.To give the
special budget to improve the necessary facilities。7.The
classes are organized by the academic ability or elective
courses。8.To provide students with a varieties of
leaning activities。9.To make proper arrangments for
required and elective course in different time ,and to
offer different levels in each course。10.The slow
learners or underachievers must study again during summer or
winter vacation and studies follow the next classes。11.
Before editing new teaching material for comprehensive high
school,the textbooks of vocational and general senior high
school can be used。12.According to the students aptitude and
interest,and refer to the acadamic achievement test and
expectation of students。13.To enhance the guidance competency
of teachers,to strengthen the vocational concepts of
consulants。14.To enhance students' abilites of getting employed
and practise the the skills in factory。15.To offer the
membership for studying in college by recommending and
screening。 16.To reform the university entrance examination by
adding the examination of professional subjects 。
