心理資本與生涯上議題是近幾年正向組織行為學注重的課題,而生涯敬業是一種員工在生涯上的主動行為,兩者對於員工不論是在工作或是生涯中的幸福感與滿意度都具有相當的影響性,因此本研究探討心理資本、工作滿意度與生涯滿意度的關聯性研究,並以生涯敬業為中介效果。以一般企業在職人員為對象,採問卷調查方式,共計回收有效問卷為227份,使用SPSS進行假設驗證,結果發現(1)心理資本對生涯敬業、工作與生涯滿意度有正向影響;(2)生涯敬業對生涯滿意度有正向影響;(3)心理資本會透過生涯敬業進而影響到生涯滿意度。最後對結果提出管理意涵以及未來研究之建議,研究建議企業能在招募時,使用心理資本之評斷工具,挑選較高者員工,以提升員工之生涯行為與兩者滿意度上的表現。
Psychological capital and the issue of employee career is the subject of positive organizational behavior in recent years, Career engagement is a kind of employee's active behavior in life, both of which have a considerable impact on employees happiness and satisfaction in job and career. Therefore, this study explores the relationship between psychological capital, job satisfaction and career satisfaction, and takes career engagement as mediating effect. Taking the general enterprise as the target, the questionnaire survey method, total recovery valid questionnaire is 227, using SPSS to verify the hypothesis The results showed that (1) psychological capital had positive influence on career engagement, job and career satisfaction; (2) career engagement had positive effect on career satisfaction; (3) Psychological capital will affect career satisfaction through career engagement. Finally, the paper puts forward the management implication and the future research suggestion after the article.
