  • 本研究目的在探討德行領導和員工創意行為之間的關聯性,並了解內在動機在這其中的中介效果,以及創意自我效能在內在動機和員工創意行為之間的調節效果。使用問卷調查法便利取樣,並以來源隔離法降低自我報導偏誤與共同方法變異可能帶來的結果偏差問題,採取同事與同事一對一的配對方式蒐集問卷資料,兩人一組,共回收125組問卷(250份問卷),有效問卷共104組(208份問卷),最終的有效問卷回收率為83.2%。以JASP 0.14.1與SPSS統計軟體分析問卷資料,研究結果顯示內在動機與員工創意行為有正向關聯;創意自我效能在內在動機與員工創意行為之間有調節效果。最後,根據本研究結果進行討論,進一步提出研究意涵、實務意涵與未來研究建議。

    The purpose of the study is to understand the relationship between moral leadership and employee’s creative behavior, as well as the mediating effects of intrinsic motivation and the moderating effects of creative self-efficacy. The study adopted questionnaire survey and sources separation to reduce the common method variance that might lead to the problem of wrong results. The recovered parts of survey data including 208 valid samples and the response rate was 83.2%. The research used JASP 0.14.1 and SPSS statistical software to conduct data analysis. The results indicate intrinsic are positively associated with employee’s creative behavior. Moreover, creative self-efficacy between intrinsic motivation and employee’s creative behavior has moderated effects. Finally, implications for research and practice are discussed.
