中華職棒發展至今，已經來到了中華職棒第26年，但在評斷球員價值時，大多仍是靠著主觀意識來決定，所以藉由James所提出的勝場貢獻值 (Win shares, WS)，可以探討中華職棒球員的表現，客觀地比較每位球員對球隊的貢獻值。目的：本研究主要在於利用WS 探討中華職棒球員的表現情況，並利用此結果分析球員對球隊勝場數的貢獻值多寡，以此數據做同隊隊友間的比較，以提供球團在與球員做薪資談判時，能有科學及公平的數據可以依據。方法：經由WS的文獻探討，及收集中華職棒23年至25年的球員資料，並進行分析。結果：透過WS的計算，可明確了解中華職棒23年至25年間，各球員對球隊的貢獻狀況，並藉此得知球隊在攻防上的戰力分佈、WS與薪資排名、年度獎項的關係。結論：從結果中可得知中華職棒各球團倚重外籍投手的程度，及打擊在棒球比賽中的重要性。在薪資排名上，因為球團在薪資談判時，除了參考球員球場上的表現，也會將球場外的貢獻納入，所以WS與薪資結構的相關性，都只有呈現中低度相關。在WS與年度獎項的關係中，58個獎項中，有40個獎項的當選人WS為該獎項候選人的最高者，代表WS在探討年度獎項時，也有其代表意義。

It has been 26 years since CPBL(Chinese Professional Baseball League) developed. When judging the value of baseball players, it mostly depends on subjective awareness. Therefore, we can probe the performance of players of CPBL by Win Shares (WS), proposed by James, and compare the contribution of every player to his baseball team objectively. The purpose: This research aims to probe the players' performance of CPBL with WS, analyze the contribution value of the players contribute to wins of their teams and compare the teammates with each other within the team. We hope that this research can provide scientific and fair data for baseball organization to negotiate the salaries with baseball players. Method: This research reviewed the literature of WS, collected and analyzed 23 to 25 years information of players of CPBL. Results: Through the computation of WS, we can clearly understand within 23 to 25 years of CPBL, every player's contribution to his team. In addition, we can know the distribution of attacking and defending ability and the relationship among salaries ranking, annual awards and WS. Conclusion: We can know the degree of every baseball organization of CPBL relies on foreign pitcher and the importance of hit in baseball games from the results. Besides to the performance of baseball players in the game, baseball organization will consider the player's off-field performance when negotiating the salaries with players. Therefore, the correlation of WS and salaries structure only presents low correlation. The relationship between WS and annual awards indicates that within 58 awards, there are 40 winners' WS is the highest among the candidates of that award. This shows that WS can be considered one of references when dealing the issue of annual awards.
