摘要
本研究的目的主要是從,教師所持理論、Lave & Wenger(1991)的情境認知師徒制與Wenger(1998)的實務社群觀點,來分析實習教師在實習工作中教學實務的變動,進而詮釋實習教師之教師信念與知識的轉變與教學實務的關連。並探討同一學科社群之資深教師對於個案實習教師的可能影響。
研究對象為北市某高中兩位科學實習教師,及兩位個案的輔導與資深教師共11位。總計兩學期共25週的研究期間,收集了訪談、教學攝影、教室觀察、相關文件與教案等質性資料。信念分為教師教學、學生學習、教師自我期望,以及週遭他人互動四個面向。知識涵蓋自我實習與學生學習困難,兩項困難的理解與解決策略。實務則分別記錄教學以及導師實務。
資料分析結果顯示,兩位個案分別呈現兩種合法且常見的實務參與軌跡,化學個案是由週邊實務而逐漸核心參與的軌跡,物理個案則呈現持續保持於邊緣的邊緣參與軌跡。實務對於知識的影響方面,核心實務的參與提供化學個案反思以及資深教師給予回饋的機會,其發展過程常由實際試教或觀摩資深教師啟發個案對某一知識的反思,反思之後產生初步策略,再將初步策略與資深教師討論後實踐於後續的試教中,實行之後再視成效修改。透過不斷反思、產生策略、於試教中使用並修正、再回到反思的循環流程,化學個案逐漸把教學困難轉化為解決困難的實務知識。反觀物理個案,不但較少發現自己教學與學生學習的困難,亦沒有累積出具體的實務知識,面對不同班級時只能用同一種解題的模式教學。
實務對於信念的影響,化學個案信念多有轉變,轉變之類型以教學與班級經營為主,轉變的契機同樣來自實際試教後的反思。物理個案,信念大部分保持不變,來源多是自己過去求學的經驗。最後資深教師的影響,化學個案的信念藉由和資深教師間的互動而有所轉變,較少來自輔導教師直接影響。知識則呈現充分利用觀摩資深教師教學與參考資深教師的教案的過程,將社群中共享的教學資源作為自己發展實務知識的基礎。物理個案邊緣參與的軌跡,則限制了和資深教師的互動,因此較難發現資深教師對其有何影響。
