  • 本研究旨在調查台北市工商企業機關(構)所能提供給肢障者的
    工作職業類別並探討肢障者就業時所應具備的職業能力。為達本研究目
    的,本研究採用文獻分析、實地訪談、專家座談及問卷調查四種研究方
    法。研究程的程序是先探討有關的理論基礎、相關研究及法規,據以提出
    研究架構,並整理出肢障者就業時應具備之職業能力類別;進而根據職
    業能力類別與實地訪談所得發展問卷,經由專家座談確認後的問卷,研究
    者再以之進行抽樣調查。調查的方式採郵寄方式進行,共回收有效問卷
    337份,回收率為58%。問卷的資料分析係採次數分配、百分比與卡方考
    驗等。
    由本研究的調查結果可歸納出以下幾點研究發現:
    1.台北市雇用殘障員工的比例平均為0.85%。此外,肢障員工中,約七成
    為輕度肢障者。而公司規模越大,雇用肢障員工的比例越低。
    2.在各職業類別中,就業機會次數最高者為「事務工作人員」(47.77%)
    ,其餘依次為「技術員及助理專業人員」(15.92%)、「專業人員」
    (13.69%)、「非技術工及體力工」(13.27%)等;其餘各職類比例均較低。
    3.大約四分之一的雇主最重視的職業能力為技能訓練,其餘依次為經驗
    (23.01%)、肢體動作及體力負荷(18.08%)、學麗(17.06%)以及公務人員
    任用資格(11.79%)等。另外,雇主對於一般人與肢障者就業時所要求的
    職業能力,除在肢體動作負荷方面對肢障者的要求較低外,其餘皆持同仁
    的態度。
    最後,本研究根據研究發現與結論,分別針對肢體障礙者、雇主、職
    業訓練及職業輔導機構、政府決策單位及後續研究等,提出具體建議。

    The purpose of this study is to survey the occupation types
    that business and industrial companies in Taipei can offer for
    the people with physical disabilities and to discuss the
    vocational abilities the people with physical disabilities
    should equipped themselves.
    The result and discovery of this study are as follow:
    1.The average ratio that people with physical disabilities
    hired by business and industrial company in Taipei is .85%, and
    70% are mild physical disable. Beside, the bigger the company
    is,the less they hire people with physical disabilities.
    2.Among many occupation types, the biggest chance that people
    with physical disabilities being hired is "affair
    worker"(47.77%),then are"technical worker and professional woke
    assistant"(15.92%), "professional worker"(13.69%),
    "non-technical and labor worker"(13.27%), the other occupation
    types have few chance for people with physical disabilities.
    3.The vocational abilities that the employers stress most
    is"skill training"(23.01%), then are "experience"(23.01%),
    "physical motion and burdening"(18.08), "education"(17.06%),
    official quali-fication"(11.79%)...etc. Besides, the employers
    ask for the people with physical disabilities less in "physical
    motion and burdening", but no difference in the other ways.
    Based on the discovery and conclusion in this study, we
    made some concrete suggestion for the people with physical
    disabilities, employers, vocational training and guidance
    agency, government agency and further study.
