企業社會責任是企業永續經營發展之基礎,除了對股東在經營績效方面負責,也積極從事關懷客戶、照顧員工、保護環境及投入社會公益。近年來企業施行員工協助方案,提升關係品質及幸福感。當員工認為企業是積極的參與的企業社會責任活動,創造讓員工快樂、安心工作的職場環境時,員工更有對自身工作感到滿意也將加倍貢獻。本研究以參與運動休閒活動的金融控股公司之員工為研究對象,探討其員工之現況及企業社會責任、關係品質知覺與員工滿意度相關情形。本研究於2019年3月期間,於C金融控股股份有限公司所補助之內部運動型社團參與職工,透過立意抽樣方式進行問卷的發放,共計發放250份,有效問卷共計215份,有效回收率為86%。研究工具包括企業社會責任量表、關係品質量表、主觀幸福感量表和個人基本資料問卷,並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析和一般多元迴歸分析進行資料處理與分析,研究發現如下:
一、參與金控公司贊助及支持之社團活動員工以男性,41-50歲,參與運動型社團為主要族群。
二、不同職級在企業社會責任、關係品質、生活滿意度、正向情緒呈現顯著差異性。
三、企業社會責任與關係品質、生活滿意度、正向情緒呈現顯著的正相關。
四、滿意與承諾對生活滿意度,以及承諾對於正向情緒具有顯著的預測力。
五、承諾對主觀幸福感具有顯著的預測力。
基此,本研究建議未來企業應投入贊助與企業社會責任連結之社團活動,提升員工滿意度,進而提升關係品質和幸福感。
Corporate social responsibility is the foundation of the company's sustainable development. In addition to the primary responsible to its shareholders, it is also actively engaged in corporate sustainability performance in aspect of customer service, employees’ well-being, environmental protection and social welfare. In past years, companies have implemented employee assistance programs to enhance the quality and happiness of employees. It have been prove that the in depth level of corporate social responsibility has a positive reflection on employees’ contribution. This study was based on the employees of financial holding companies with their sports and leisure activities’ involvement, and to seek for the cause-effect of the current status of corporate social responsibility, relationship quality and well-being.
On March 2019, 250 valid questionnaires were completed by C Financial Holding Co., Ltd. throughout their internal sports club members. The scales of corporate social responsibility, relationship quality, and subjective well-being were used in survey instruments. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis were computed for data analysis. The findings were listed as follows:
1.Participating in the activities of the community sponsored and supported by the company. The employees are male, 41-50 years old, and participate in sports associations as the main ethnic group.
2.Different positions show significant differences in corporate social responsibility, relationship quality, life satisfaction, and positive emotions.
3.Corporate social responsibility has a significant positive correlation with relationship quality, life satisfaction, and positive emotions.
4.Satisfaction and commitment to life satisfaction; commitment has a significant explanatory power for positive emotions.
5.Commitment has a significant predictive power of subjective well-being.
Based on this study, it concluded that companies should invest in community activities actively as the linkage with corporate social responsibility in the future and to improve employee satisfaction and enhance relationship quality and well-being.
