  • 本研究製備了螯合劑1 與螯合劑2 二種雙-二硫代胺基甲酸鹽, 利用紫外
    光譜儀可用以分析水樣中微量的金屬銅離子, 符合Beer's Law 的線性範
    圍, 對螯合劑1 是由0.005 ppm 至 6.0 ppm, 對螯合劑2 是由 0.2至6.0
    ppm; 但在合成海水中的線性範圍均縮小, 只能由0.2至1.0 ppm。由實驗
    的證據得知, 螯合劑1 與銅離子是以1:1的比例錯合, 螯合劑 2 和銅離子
    是以聚合物形式錯合。利用螯合劑1 對水中九種微量的混合金屬離子銅(
    II), 鐵(III), 鈷 (II), 鎳(II), 鋅(II), 鉻(VI), 錳(II), 鉛(II),
    鎘(II) 都有很不錯的回收率; 除了鉻(VI)和錳(II)之外, 其餘七種金屬
    離子在pH 4-6 幾乎都能完全地回收; 鉻(VI)在pH=3-4 回收率可達77%,
    而錳(II)在pH=6-7回收率可達52%。

    Reagent 1 and reagent 2 were synthesized and were used for the
    microanalysis of Cu(II) using UV-vis spectrometer. Beer's Law
    was obtained from 5 ppb to 6 ppm for reagent 1, and 0.2 to 6.0
    ppm for reagent 2. We have also found that the chelation ratio
    for reagent 1 to Cu(II) is 1:1, but reagent 2 forms a linear
    polimeric chelate with Cu(II).Reagent 1 is an exelent chelating
    reagent for nine metal ions, including Cu(II), Fe(III), Pb(II),
    Cr(VI), Ni(II), Co(II), Zn(II), Mn(II), and Cd(II). Except for
    Cr(VI),and Mn(II) the recovery yields of seven remaining metal
    ions were almost quantitative at pH 4-6 the recovery was 77%
    for Cr(VI) at pH 3-4, and was 52% for Mn(II) at pH 6-7.
