磁性標記免疫檢測法是一種以奈米磁性粒子結合免疫分子,以形成磁性免疫複合體,並透過量測此複合體特性來檢測待測分子含量的方法。 以往常量測複合體之磁性鬆弛、交流混頻磁導率、殘磁率等磁性特性,本論文的研究,則是擬開發一種光學量測方法;即是針對光束穿過磁性標記試劑後的散射光強度特性測量,來檢測待測分子含量。 此種散射光量測法也可達到非常良好的解析度,且實驗方法更為簡單迅速。 並且,與以往所用的散射光測定方法比較,本實驗中待測試劑含磁性奈米粒子,可外加磁場分析其不同濃度待測分子之散射光,更增添了一條新的研究途徑。
