台灣汽車產業具有品質管理以及技術研發優勢,少量多樣的企業研發型態對於拓展全球汽車售後服務零組件市場具有營運優勢。本研究擬針對台灣汽車產業選擇零件供應商所考量的因素,先以文獻分析歸納汽車零組件產業供應鏈管理之關鍵因素,並且以模糊層級法以及德菲爾法對長期熟知台灣汽車產業供應鏈的專家進行問卷訪談,並且進行關鍵因素排序與探討。
由德爾菲法問卷分析結果,專家認為選擇供應商最為重要的因素為 供應商本身的條件是否符合合格供應商的資格,其次為零組件的供貨品質與成本因素。透過模糊層析法主要準則權重排比依序為品質能力,零組件價格因素,服務能力,零組件製造品質,經營能力。整體關鍵因素權重排比則素為品質能力、服務能力、零組件價格因素、品質穩定度以及產品品質。最後將本研究結果提供給予汽車產業相關廠商作為供應鏈管理的參考依據。
Taiwan automobile industry with excellent quality management and R&D capability that could offer better service. In this study, the key factors considered for Taiwan automobile enterprises to choose their suppliers of automobile parts would be figured out and discussed via the literature review of the supply chain management.
The methods of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and Delphi method would be analyzed the results of expert questionnaires which is gained from the interview of those who familiar with the Taiwan automobile industry. The results of the Delphi method revealed the most important key factor would be if the suppliers were recognized. The other key factors were considered quality and cost of the parts. According the FAHP method, the results indicated the key factors of supply selection for Taiwan automobile enterprises were shown as below: Quality of capacity, cost, service capabilities, manufacturing technology, and management capacity. The total weighted key factors would be Quality of capacity, service capabilities, cost, stability and product quality. The purposes of this study would be expected to figure out the ordering of those key factors of supplier-chained management that could be able to improve the management efficiency for automobile enterprises in Taiwan.
