  • 這是一個變動快速的時代,資訊和通信的技術進步領導我們邁向知識經濟的社會。透過網際網路,人們能夠在世界中到處存取資訊、與身處世界各地的每個人通訊,因為網路使人們更容易接近彼此,所以造就了網路學習社群的蓬勃發展。人們迫切需要越來越多的資訊,且網路允許使用者以簡單和有效的方法存取巨大數量的資訊。有鑑於此,運用資訊科技開發學習教材、改善學習環境、擴展學習資源,儼然成為現今世界各國的重要教育政策。
    本研究目的在發展一個物件化網路學習系統(OBNLS)。此系統包括學習活動、考試系統、互動系統和服務系統。物件導向設計為目前國際潮流趨勢,物件化網路學習系統(OBNLS)是採用物件化概念,以全球資訊網為標準,分析部分教材元件、架構一個跨越作業平台的學習環境。此外,建立整合型資料庫以達到資訊再利用、縮短教材編製的時間、提高教學品質等。
    總之,經由物件化網路學習系統的建構,能增進教學效率、引起學生學習興趣、教材的再利用、統一網路學習環境、資訊的分享以及容易將系統移植到其他系統等。

    It is times of the rapidly changing. Information and communication technologies progresses are quickly leading towards the so called “Knowledge Economy Society”, through Internet, people can access information everywhere in the world and can communicate with everyone around the world; furthermore, the web makes the internet much more accessible to people, so that everyone can join the growing internet community. In view of this situation, it is important educational policy to use Information Technology(IT)to develop teaching materials, to improve learning environment, and to expand learning resourse in the world.
    The objective of this research is development of an Object-based Network Learning System. The system includes Learning activities、Exam system、Interaction system and Service system. The Strategy of Object-Oriented has been an international fashion, Object-based Network Learning System(OBNLS)is to Object-Based concept, to follow World Wide Web(WWW)standards, to analyze component, and then to create an inter-computers platform environment. Besides, the purpose of building the multi-purpose database to is make information reuse, to shorten the edit time of teaching materials, and to improve the quality of teaching, etc.
    In brief, based on the OBNLS’s, the efficiency of teaching can be improved, students will be more interested in the subject learning, the teaching materials can be reuse, and the system is portable and can be transferred to other platform easily.
