瓦楞紙箱一直在包裝領域中扮演重要地位,舉凡內容物需要耐壓、耐衝擊或震動、防水性及防濕性等,都需要瓦楞紙箱作為外包裝,以目前的技術而言,瓦楞紙箱多使用柔版印刷,然而目前國內並沒有針對此部分作相關印刷品品質檢測;加上最近由於過網技術的進步有許多複合網點的技術被開發及運用,此部分在國外的柔版印刷上也被廣泛討論,由於國內技術更新步調不如國外,在不同的過網技術運用上廠商也趨於保守,所以在柔版的瓦楞紙箱上運用複合網點更是缺乏。本研究即希望針對不同的過網技術用運在不同楞的瓦楞紙箱上,作相關的印刷品品質檢測,檢測的指標如下:滿版濃度、網點擴大、疊印能力、印刷反差;也希望將各種不同楞的瓦楞紙箱以及不同過網技術作最佳化的搭配,以便印刷廠在印製相關印刷品時能夠有一參考依據。本研究採用多因子實驗設計,可以的到9種處理結果,實驗總共使用12塊版材,每塊版材輸出不同過網技術,再以拼貼方式貼於同一版面以進行印刷,每種被印材印製35份,總共印刷105份,針對印刷品採取全部測量的方式,每張印刷品使用X-Rite 530 分光密度儀測量2%、10%、50%、90%網點面積以及滿版濃度、疊印能力、印刷反差等。
結果如下:
1.滿版濃度:三種不同過網技術在不同的色版對於B楞與E楞半塗佈以及E楞與E楞半塗佈的滿版濃度有不同表現。
2.網點擴大:三種不同過網技術在不同的色版對於B楞與E楞半塗佈以及E楞與E楞半塗佈的網點擴大有不同表現。
3.疊印能力:三種不同過網技術在不同的色版對於B楞與E楞半塗佈以及E楞與E楞半塗佈的疊印能力有不同表現。
4.印刷反差:三種不同過網技術在不同的色版對於B楞與E楞半塗佈以及E楞與E楞半塗佈的印刷反差有不同表現。
Abstract
The product that need to use corruguated board for the purpose such as prevent frompressure, impact, shaking, water proof, and moist. For recent technology, corrugated board use flexo printing, however, there is no quality control testing being use in relative printing. Also, the progress of screening technology is resulted by developing and application of Hybrid-screening. The progress of printing technology has not being update as the USA. Therefore, it limited the printing shops, freedom to apply the new tech in flexo printing. the purpose of this research is to study different screening tech in 3 types of substrates to cross examine its quality .The indicateions results are: SID, DG, Trappint, and PC. The second purpose of this study is to discover what is the best technique in every indivivual substrate. Hopfully, the result can provide some indicates for the flexo printing. The study uses experiental design to set 9 different kinds of results. It uses totally 12 plates each plate use the different screening technology . 3 different screening technology had been apply in 35 pics; total 105 pics. All 105 pics are measures 2%, 10%, 50%, 90%, DG, SID, Trapping, and PC are measured by X-Rite 530.
The testing results are below:
1.SID: three different types of screening in different plate perform in B, E, and E helf-coating.
2.GD: three different types of screening in different plate perform in B, E, and E helf-coating.
3.Traping: three different types of screening in different plate perform in B, E, and E helf-coating.
4.PC: sthree different types of screening in different plate perform in B, E, and E helf-coating.
