  • 雲端運算(Cloud Computing)是目前網際網路的最熱門的話題,它被視為技術、理論或者服務。簡單而言,雲端運算是指在網路上各種應用的服務,而提供這些服務的軟體和硬體,也都可以被稱為「雲」。
    雲端運算目前的研究方向,大都以技術、商機、資訊安全為主要研究,但針對使用者所進行的使用者分析與研究卻著墨不多。
    本研究是以問卷調查的方式調查使用者目前對於雲端運算軟體即服務(Software as a Service, SaaS)的接受度與使用情況如何,探討影響使用者意願的原因與影響實際使用的原因。本研究取用整合型科技接受度模型(UTAUT)為研究架構設計問卷,經由變數分析與迴歸分析後,獲得結論如下:
    1.使用者對於SaaS可能帶來的便利性與有用性有所期待。
    2.使用者認為使用SaaS是時勢所趨。
    3.外來的影響如社群的影響,會加強使用者使用SaaS的意願。
    4.使用者較不關心SaaS是否容易使用與SaaS取得的便利性。
    5.使用者會因「性別」、「年齡」、「經驗」、「職業」與「教育程度」的不同,而影響到使用行為意向與實際使用。

    Cloud Computing is the hottest topic of the Internet network at present. it is considered as the projects of the technology, theory or service. In short, Cloud Computing refers to applications on the network services, to provide these services also refers to the software and hardware, which can be referred to as "cloud."
    Cloud Computing’s concept is the user's computing needs have been broken down into a number of enforcement procedures (Process), and these Process have been sent anywhere servers. When servers finish the computing, these Process would been back to the user. This model has been regarded as an important development trend about network service in the future. Through this technology, the service supplier (Service Provider) could provide the computing service is similar to “Super Computer”, and the service could provide tens of millions or even billions information services in a few seconds.
    The current study direction of Cloud Computing, mostly regard for technology, business and information security. And there are less focus in the User Study. Purpose of this research project has the following 2 points:
    1. The example with Google services: analyze the user use Cloud Computing (Saftware as a Service) from the user's view, and will explore the impact of using reason.
    2. Find the level of Behavioral Intention and Usage of Cloud Computing (SaaS).
    This research project accepts one degree of models (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, hereafter referred to as UTAUT) as the main framework. And use the questionnaire to find the Behavioral Intention of use the SaaS and find the impact on user.
    The conclusions from this study by ANOVA and Regression analysis are as follows:
    1. The user are look forward to convenience and usefulness from SaaS.
    2. The user believe that use SaaS is a current trend.
    3. External influences will enhance the Behavioral Intention.
    4. The user are not care about that SaaS is easy to use and get conveniently.
    5. Due to "gender", "age", "experience", "job" and "education" is different, they affect the behavioral intention and actual use.
